STAY AWAY! !! Talk about FALSE ADVERTISING! This dealership is VERY dishonest & not worth your time! We bought our 2018 Chevy Silverado from them in Jan 2022. Sa !! Talk about FALSE ADVERTISING! This dealership is VERY dishonest & not worth your time! We bought our 2018 Chevy Silverado from them in Jan 2022. Same deal as previous complaints.They added @$5k to the price total cost over $64000k! Did not fix what they said or even fully clean the vehicle! We have put over $6k more into fixing this thing! Could've bought a brand new truck for less $ & headache! They used my income of @ $1k disability, but the bank told us that James, fudged the #s to @ $4k more! When I asked the bank what we can do @ it, they told me nothing! Totally xxxxed up the decent credit that I did have! I'll be paying for this vehicle after I'm dead & gone! Chris rushed us through the paperwork & insisted we give him a great review before we left the lot! Thanks to James cars, we got a bitter taste of buying new vehicles! DISHONEST xxxxxxxx!!! More

I asked how much the 2018 Equinox was and he said in the 30’s. Maquire and Bill Cram have prices on their equinox’s and they are under 30,000. The new ones (2022) are in the 30’s. Most dealerships have prices visible for customers to see . They are crooks and not for the people. Stay away ! More

Unethical business practice! I don’t think I’ve ever seen such false advertising- this dealer increases the price from advertised online. After driving to look at a truck, we were presented with a price $5,0 such false advertising- this dealer increases the price from advertised online. After driving to look at a truck, we were presented with a price $5,000 over MSRP - and over the price advertised online - and told that due to inflation they need to increase the prices. Not only is this unethical, it’s also illegal. I plan to report this dealer to the Better Business Bureau. More
