Wonderful Experience I went to this dealership not really intending on buying a car. Looked around outside for a few minutes. Then went inside. Julie Maggard greeted me right off with a genuinely warm smile. I asked her for a list with prices. She printed one off for me and I checked it out. Found my ideal car within 15 minutes. When I walked back in and Julie greeted me again, but she was with another costumer. I waited for 10 minutes while she finished up. After sitting down and talking a few minutes, she felt like an old friend. My old friend had me in and out of there in about 2 hours. Julie was personable, down to earth and very knowledgeable. Also, they person who pulled the credit report, screwed up my personal information and now that's in my credit report as well. I now have to challenge the information in three separate credit reports. I will also report this gross incompetence to the FTC and state attorney general. More

Most recently, Steve helped us find the perfect car for our very picky, almost 16 year old daughter. Over the course of 2 months, Steve would check inventory and text me with information on cars she might be interested in.. He finally found a gem of a vehicle and had it brought to the Western Hills location for us to look at. It was perfect! I can't say enough about Steve and the Jake Sweeney team. I will never purchase a car from anywhere else. The customer service is absolutely fantastic! More

Dishonest Dealer I purchased a Mazda 3 from Jake Sweeney. The car I originally saw on the internet the night before was “sold.” The salesman showed me a different ca I purchased a Mazda 3 from Jake Sweeney. The car I originally saw on the internet the night before was “sold.” The salesman showed me a different car. I test drove it and it was okay but I told the salesman I needed one with cruise control. He said they could add it. I asked where would it be, etc. I was told it would be a Mazda cruise control on the steering wheel like the radio controls and all the other Mazdas. I said okay. They put a cheap Rostra cruise control on the steering column behind the radio controls that 1) was not visible and 2) worked erratically. The cruise control company claims it works. It is erratic and dangerous. You never know what will happen when you push one of the buttons. I told them to take it off because it was dangerous. They said they will only compensate me $200 for not having cruise control on the car I bought. I paid $15,000 for a 2013 Mazda3 SV that did not get the promised Mazda cruise control. I could have easily bought a different car with cruise control for that amount. The manager treated me disrespectfully and commanded me to stop saying it did not work consistently. He said they fulfilled their obligation to me. I wrote to the Better Business Bureau and his response contained lies and downright slanderous remarks. This level of immaturity and disrespectfulness at a place of business is appalling. Lessons learned: Don’t buy a car that does not already have everything on it you want. Don’t just have one car in mind when you go. Find several on the internet at that dealer because the one your were interested in is probably “sold.” Bait and switch. Get all promises in writing and make sure they sign it and give you a copy. Take witnesses with you when dealing with them both during the sale and especially if you are having a problem with them. They can lie and you will have no one to back you up. I believe most salesmen are afraid to disagree and speak up to their managers. If you see even one bad review for a dealer, be wary. More

Mike Mullins (The Manager), won't agree to fix repairs in my contract and now I have to get a lawyer. Please don't consider this dealership. The customer means Nothing! More
