I love my car!! I was very hesitant at first to deal with Jake Sweeney Mazda because of a coworkers recommendation, but boy was I wrong. Let me say first that her ex I was very hesitant at first to deal with Jake Sweeney Mazda because of a coworkers recommendation, but boy was I wrong. Let me say first that her experience with them was over 20 years ago. I had previously bought 2 other brand new mazda 3 over the past 4 years and knew exactly the price I could and wanted to pay for another one. Matt was amazing in the fact that I told him I wanted to get all the numbers and everything settled before I even came in the dealership and didnt pressure me to "just come in and see what we could work out" as most dealerships want you to do. He didnt pressure me to get extra features or a more premium model than what I could afford and/or want. He also worked with my unusual circumstances (yes there was a few of them) and was able to help me get everything that I wanted and for a better price and interest rate than anyplace else I had been looking. I also love my car and will never go back to anything but a Mazda! Matt really listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted in a car, price, interest rate, trade in and most of all customer service. I plan on coming back in 2-3 years and getting the Mazda 6. More

Great Car Buying Experience I was casually looking for a new car but definitely not in a hurry. I inquired about a Mazda 6, and came in and met with Mike Donohue, Mike was very I was casually looking for a new car but definitely not in a hurry. I inquired about a Mazda 6, and came in and met with Mike Donohue, Mike was very knowledgable and never once made me feel pressured. With his guidance I eventually landed on getting a Mazda 3 rather than a Mazda 6. Though I didn't plan on buying a new car as quickly, or maybe even at all, I ended up buying one through Mike. He did his best to get me the best trade-in value on my car, and the amount they gave me was more than I had expected. Mike introduced me to a few different members of management including Tony Heitz and Joe Cathey. Both of them were a pleasure to speak with and helped affirm my feeling that I was giving my business to the right dealership. I had an idea of what I was looking for in terms of a vehicle but what really pushed me over the top was the exceptional customer service and care that Brady Bonner took with me during and after I purchased a 2015 CX5. It was such a delightful experience and totally contrary to any other buying experience I've ever had. Brady knew I was a bit leary about buying and approached me in such a manner that I literally felt I was buying a car from a family member or close friend. He was professional, courteous, personable and quite knowledgeable. That was the vibe I got from the rest of the Jake Sweeney staff as well. Buying a new car is not something we do too often and really don't look forward to. However, right from the start, we were very impressed on how well our car buying experience went. We checked out the website and began chatting with Mike Donohue. We told him which car we were interested in and set up a time to meet with him. He had the car pulled up and waiting for us when we arrived. We had lots of questions and he answered all of them thoughtfully and thoroughly, never ducking or dancing around the issue. Within a few minutes we knew we could trust him and he worked diligently with us and NEVER ONCE made us feel uncomfortable with the process.
