Above and Beyond Good Service Experience! I came in for a scheduled oil change on my 2016 Mazda CX-5, which by way has been one of the most solid performing and worry-free cars I've ever owned I came in for a scheduled oil change on my 2016 Mazda CX-5, which by way has been one of the most solid performing and worry-free cars I've ever owned. Over the last four years all of the service personnel at Jake Sweeney have been very polite and knowledgeable. On this particular visit one of the service personnel, Ben, noticed that the LED trim that surrounds my headlights was flickering. I was surprised I hadn't noticed it before because it was an appearance feature I really liked when I originally bought the car. Ben informed me that if I had the time for this additional service they would correct the problem. Since it required taking off the front bumper, they gave me a loaner car so I could go grab some lunch rather than waiting around the additional 2 hours needed to complete the repair. Apparently Mazda had recognized that there had been a few issues with this LED light system. Bottom line is that Jake Sweeney Tri -County and Mazda replaced this LED headlight feature free-of-charge to me (over $1,000 in parts & labor). Keep in mind my car is four years old and out of warranty. I call that professional follow-through both by the Jake Sweeney Tri-County dealership and the Mazda manufacturer! By the way, their new showroom and service area are also top notch! Such a good personal experience makes it easy for me to highly recommend both their Mazda product and the Jake Sweeney Tri-County service department. More
