Matt provided all of the information we needed to make a smart, informed decision, all with very reasonable turn-a-round time. After getting in a bind and needing a car right away we called Greg Fails, who ALWAYS gets us into something that we can afford and love; even in a short time period! We arrived between 430 and 5pm and was out of the door with a car by 730!!! Shortest experience buying a car ever!!!! :) Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and patient. We had our 9 year old with us and even while he is getting bored (as normal children do) everyone still kept their patience with us and talked with him to help pass the time. Best experience buying a car yet! This is the 3rd car that we have purchased working directly with Greg for sales. We highly recommend going to Greg! More

No Pressure- Easy to work with I searched for a new CX-9 online and Mike contacted me via email after I submitted an inquiry. He was very easy to work with. He listened when I sai I searched for a new CX-9 online and Mike contacted me via email after I submitted an inquiry. He was very easy to work with. He listened when I said what features were important to me. He worked within my budget to find me the car I was looking for. I actually took the car home for a three day test drive which gave me lots of time to see if the car worked for me. He called me Monday morning at 9:00 am, took my financing info and called me back at 1130 with a completed deal. I was able to drive back to the dealer, sign some paperwork, and be on my way back home in no time with a brand new car. He made the car buying experience less stressful. More
