I will do business with them again. I walked in with preapproved financing and the amount I was willing to spend for a base model car. I left with better financing and an upper model car I walked in with preapproved financing and the amount I was willing to spend for a base model car. Best first car experience! I had do the online application for credit and was immediately contacted about my choices. From there we immediately took one of my choices out for a test drive and went right to work on my info. It was a very fast and friendly experience! An Afternoon with Greg I recently purchased a 2016 CX-5 from Greg Fails down at Jake Sweeney. I initially used Truecar to see what I should expect to pay and soon found myse I recently purchased a 2016 CX-5 from Greg Fails down at Jake Sweeney. I initially used Truecar to see what I should expect to pay and soon found myself receiving calls and emails from dealerships across the state. I ignored most and tried to work with local dealers first, but I quickly learned the power of a car dealership's internet department. Not only was Greg able to beat the price on all of the places I went to in person, he was actually able to find the exact color and trim level and order it in all before my ever going to the dealership in person. Aside from the convenience of the online experience, Greg was a great guy to work with. He's a family man at heart and a true breath of fresh air from your average "car salesman". I plan to use him again on cars to come, and I would strongly recommend Greg to anyone looking to skip multiple trips to multiple dealers hunting for the best price/overall experience. More
