He is wonderful, helpful and got us all the deals we could on my Mazda 6 Touring edition. He got the interior of tan/black for me and it is beautiful. He explained all that I needed to know about the car and gave us a great deal on my Mini Cooper. The Cooper is special to me since my husband gave it to me for my 50th birthday. We then went to a couple other lots & at one dealership the salesman was pushy & very obviously out for the sale only. He made it very clear that certain cars were non-negotiable and steered her towards cars that were higher than her budget. She made the easy decision to go back to Bernard, where she felt comfortable and felt like he listened to what her needs/wants were. Bernard isn't your stereotypical salesman, he is honest, funny and helpful and I heard he was pretty handy in the backyard BBQ too :) Bernard = Best Salesman ~ we will definitely deal with Bernard again.
