Great Experience I have always heard the horror stories of how long buying a new car takes and how intimidating the sales people can be. After internet shopping and research at three different dealerships, we opted to go with the dealership closer to our house for our two car purchase. After three hours in the sales office and not even receiving quote, we walked out. The following morning, I received a call from Greg Fails on his day off! He asked me what he could do to help. I explained the situation from the previous dealer, told him we were looking for two new cars, that we had trade-ins and approved financing. Greg came in on his day off just to make sure we were able to get the cars we wanted that day. Greg's dedication to customer satisfaction was second to none and truly inspirational. He made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire process. There were times I even saw him sprinting through the showroom to ensure things were getting done as speedy as possible. He was able to negotiate for us the exact value we expected for our trade-ins, lock in the financing we expected, and even beat the True Car price we had locked in for the cars we wanted. If you want a new Mazda, you can do no better than to purchase from Greg. All in all this was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I will be a Jake Sweeney fan for life, and will buy cars from Greg as long as he is in the business! More

Initially, the offer from Jake Sweeney Mazda was $500 higher than another on the table, but Greg worked to beat that offer. Thanks Greg for being so prepared when I came in to the dealership. The car was parked out front ready for a test drive and the paperwork was ready to go once I decided to move forward with the purchase.
