They had the color and trim level we wanted in stock, and with the help of Jaime Murphy and Tony Heitz we were traded in and driving out with our new car all within 2 hours of arrival. Raymond was meeting us with the smile, explained the driving details, and took a driving test with us. We were offered different colors over the process of buying by Doug Kursynski, just as an option ( no pressure ), which took some extra time.
