This is the first car I have purchased from Jake Sweeney and I am happy with the car but I am extremely happy with the service. I always bring my CX-9 to Jake Sweeney Mazda for service. My service advisor is Jeff Ames and he has always done an exceptional job of explaining what service was needed and why it is needed. I had purchased an extended warranty when I got the car which had a $100 deductible. The factory warranty was expired due to mileage on the car so the extended warranty kicked in. When Jeff talked to the company that services the extended warranty, they agreed to waive the $100 deductible fee. In addition, he provided a free Mazda CX-9 for me to use for 5 days while the repairs were being completed. (The part was on back order.) I got the car back in great shape. Jeff's action's go a long way in making me a repeat customer. More
