Greg Fails -- best car buying experience we've ever had I bought my first new car 27 years ago. Since then, I've bought several others and had mostly annoying experiences with dealerships trying to sneak th I bought my first new car 27 years ago. Since then, I've bought several others and had mostly annoying experiences with dealerships trying to sneak things into the deal, bully me into extended warranties, or not listen to what I really wanted. Two years ago, we bought a CX-5 from this dealership. That experience was pretty good, but dealing with Greg was a hundred times better. My wife and I let him know what we were looking for and he came back immediately with a great deal. He didn't try to oversell us or sneak anything into the deal. Everything was positive and straightforward. When we went to pick up the car, we were in and out in under two hours, including dealing with a trade-in and financing. Throughout, Greg was friendly, honest, and wonderful to deal with. We can't recommend him highly enough! More
