Never did I feel like he thought I was wasting his time like some other dealerships (Kings). They had exactly what we were looking for and worked with us to get it in our budget. Keith was professional and personable- a great combination that exceeds the stereotypical "used car salesman" personna where pressure to make a purchase decision is the #1 priority. Keith followed up with me as I requested and it was just the right amount of communication. There was no pressure. He served as a guide thru the process and helped me get a better rate and bang for my buck than what I had already been prequalified for. Totally diggin' my "new" used car! WORST EXPERIENCE Our experience actually started out pretty well. However, they didn't have the exact car we wanted. Doug, the manager said he could locate the car we Our experience actually started out pretty well. However, they didn't have the exact car we wanted. Doug, the manager said he could locate the car we wanted. He told us to come to the dealership to test drive the car we wanted, but only difference is - is that the one we wanted was a different color. We get to the dealership and talked with Duke. Doug came over and told us he located 2 CX9 touring FWD in white - one has premium package and the other does not. We told him we wanted the one with premium package. So, Duke had us test drive a CX-9 with a touring package but the car was a brown color. Duke explained that this would be our car, but in white once they get it from the other dealership. We left the dealership that Saturday night thinking we were going to get that same exact car but in white. However, Monday comes around and I received and email from both Duke and Doug saying there must have been confusion. They claimed we did not test drive the car with premium package! I was like - are you serious right now!? Duke even went over all the additional features. Doug even said they didn't have any in stock with the premium touring package! However, when I look on their website -- the car i test drove is right on it and it says premium touring package! I'm not sure why their strange behavior happened but never would I blame customers for the confusion! So, apparently they quoted us for the wrong car. They claimed we test drove a car that didn't have the touring package and blamed us for the confusion! Absolutely awful! More

Each time the staff at Jake Sweeney Mazda have been informative and pleasant to deal with. On this occasion I initially communicated with Doug via email. He was prompt with his replies and set up an appointment with Duke who was friendly and professional. My experience with Tony in the business office, with whom I purchased two cars was friendly and professional as well. Have never had an issue with the service department either. Keep up the great work! More

Having previously owned a Mazda for 10 years, I did not want to venture to a different brand. I have had nothing but great experiences with my former vehicle. I found this car on the Jake Sweeney Mazda website one late evening. After expressing interest in the car online, I was contacted the very next morning by Keith Jenkins. I had been out of town for the weekend and left Keith a message that I was interested in the vehicle. My husband and I decided to stop by when I got back in town, without an appointment. Keith greeted us and helped answer all of my questions. We were able to take it for a test drive without any hesitation. Keith provided excellent customer service and created a package deal that I was very happy with. I will definitely be referring my family and friends to this dealership and to Keith. I am so happy with my purchase and I am in LOVE with this beautiful car! More
