Great MX-5 buying experience. I had the pleasure of working with a relatively new sales person named Michael Mains. I was standing in the showroom for about 25 minutes (my only com I had the pleasure of working with a relatively new sales person named Michael Mains. I was standing in the showroom for about 25 minutes (my only complaint) with many JS folks walking by and Michael stopped to ask if I needed help with anything on his first pass by me. He was very professional in making sure I was both comfortable and had the information I wanted/needed to proceed. We did the test drive and when we got back I was ready to buy the car. Again, Michael's attitude and professionalism had everything to do with me wanting to buy this car from him. Note: I drove down from Dayton to look at a specific car on your lot. Should I need assistance with another car purchase (we now own 2 Mazda's) I will call Michael first. Not sure if you have talked to him much, but he has a broad range of knowledge due to his past experiences. He made me feel very at ease.
