How Doug treats loyal Jake Sweeney customers I was in a chat online last week about a few cars at Jake Sweeney. I had bought a car with them in the past and told them so in the past. Even mention I was in a chat online last week about a few cars at Jake Sweeney. I had bought a car with them in the past and told them so in the past. Even mentionening I loved the sales person if they could find his name to help me. They told me they would have quotes on two different cars for me. A week letter I never received this email. So today I contacted them, to get information in these cars. I was told by the new sales representative that their internet price wasn't negotiable. They closed the chat in me before I was done talking. I tried hitting the chat button again and got a different person. At that point I told the new sales rep the old one was rude, one because I wasn't finished talking and two they wouldn't even look into a negotiation. I wanted to just get the negotiation done so I could drive to their dealer ship like how I bought my last car. Doug sent several condescending e-mails. In the first e-mail, I am paraphrasing, as private conversations aren't allowed on here, he stated that he didn't negotiate and that his representative gave the best price, so how could that be rude. The second email he said that if I didn't take down my social media post, he would start posting our chat transcripts. He also said that I wouldn't basically go to Best Buy and expect a discount. (Again not quoting paraphrasing). He did though apologize for selling his products at a profit at the end of the e-mail. The last e-mail he was willing to wipe the slate clean if I took down my social media post. While this e-mail exchange was going on, I got a review of my own business website. I look at my analytics and found the IP address of the poster was in the same city of Jake Sweeney's dealership. It basically was a one star review and said, "Prepare for war." Upon chatting with the GM of Jake Sweeney, he did a review of the situation, and the review was taken down the very same day. I have never been so harassed being a loyal customer, just trying to buy a car. I have also never been to a dealership that doesn't negotiate on used cars. I would stay away from this sales person, unless you want harassed and insulted. With that being said, I really believe the General Manager really tried to get to the bottom of the mess. They also have very good workers there, like Tony Heitz, who I bought my last car from. More

Megan Heil took great care of us once on site. She was extremely thorough with reviewing the car features and stayed after hours to make sure we were taken care of. Mazda Megan is awesome! Darrin Roll helped us quickly through the financing details and we were out the door. More

Did not feel that was a serious effort to earn my business. Shopped many of the competitive models, and developed a good working number what other dealers would offer in a competitive situation. My first choice was the CX-5, how ever if the second trip back wasn't what I was motivated to do the deal, I had a 2nd and 3rd choice. But there was a noticeable difference in the quality of the CX-5 vs the other models in its class. More
