Outstanding sales and service I bought an CX-5 on 2/16, Michael Mains was my salesman. The sales department got me every rebate/cash back they could get. Over the weekend when I was driving it started to shake when I got to highway speed, like a tire out of balance.. I took it back Monday morning. Talked to Dave Ottopal and Ben Conover. Dave test drove it and said the tires has flat spots in them. So he replaced the tires and rims. I was very impressed how well they took take of me. More

Visited three different dealerships after we received pricing from the internet on the SUV's we Started search for a mid-sized SUV at th3e auto show. Visited three different dealerships after we received pricing from the internet on the SUV's we were interested in. The third dealer we visited was Jake Sweeney and met Keith Jenkins. He was very nice and showed us the SUV we had inquired about. Let us test drive it an was very nice about the fact that we needed to go home and review all three cars we looked at. Once we decided on the Mazda CX 5 with the options and color we wanted we test drove the car again. We struggled a bit with the pricing of the paint protection and interior surface protection but Keith was helpful in solving that issue to our satisfaction. In the end we purchased the CX 5 and so far ( 38 miles) it is an exceptional auto. More
My License Plate I would like to give a SHOUTOUT to Jeff and Adam at Jake Sweeney Mazda!!! I mentioned to Jeff one day while he was at my place of employment that my l I would like to give a SHOUTOUT to Jeff and Adam at Jake Sweeney Mazda!!! I mentioned to Jeff one day while he was at my place of employment that my license plate bracket was broken on my Mazda 6 and he said he would take a look at it when he left! Fast forward to a few days later...I came out to my car and found a post-it-note on my windshield saying “Your license plate is fixed and Have a Great Day!” That made my day to see how Jeff and Adam both went and ALWAYS go ABOVE and BEYOND to provide GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I promise every time I take my car in for service, I leave extremely happy and satisfied! Everyone there in the service department is amazing and always attentive and personable! I’d recommend them all day everyday!!! More
Excellent Service I went in not expecting to leave with a new car. I’ve been researching the CX-5 for 3 months. My vehicle started to give me some problems but once I I went in not expecting to leave with a new car. I’ve been researching the CX-5 for 3 months. My vehicle started to give me some problems but once I had it serviced, I pretty much put my thoughts of the CX-5 outta my mind. With the few times we had a “snow storm” I felt it was best to reconsider the CX-5 since it was an AWD. The service I received from Keith Jenkins was great. This car is packed with a lot of technology and safety features and he took the time to get me acclimated with it. I took my Aunt with me and she was impressed by his customer service as well. Just all around great service. More
