This includes $899 "environmental protection assurance package" which they won't budge on including - so really should be upfront about including it in price! Ridiculous "old-school" dealer tactics - misleading in the sense that they "agree" a price but don't disclose they will be adding these costs - thereby wasting your time as the deal falls through - or your money if you accept the add-on! How can a dealer that operates this way possibly be trusted? More

Always good service. They keep me informed of any potential problems and if the service time will run longer than expected they provide a ride to work. In general I like dealership so far. Their sales people aren’t too pushy and they have a good selection of cars. I ended up buying a Certified used CX three from them. The only issue I ran into was when we were signing papers there was a hidden fee called an environment protection plan. They wanted to charge me an extra $900 for coatings on the exterior and interior of the vehicle that they said had already been done. After talking it through with Keith and the sales manager they agreed to reduce the cost and the amount of years I wanted for the warranty for that service. So I was happy with the resolution. Keith seemed very straightforward and honest and I would buy from him again. More

Great service! Had a recall on my Mazda and they needed a few days with the car. Gave me a great car to drive around for a few days. I was going to buy a new car when I went in for the recall but the sales p few days with the car. Gave me a great car to drive around for a few days.
