Great Service Appointment I find that dealing with Jake Sweeney Mazda Tri County's service department is always a pleasant experience. Ben Conover greeted me by name and quick I find that dealing with Jake Sweeney Mazda Tri County's service department is always a pleasant experience. Ben Conover greeted me by name and quickly got my car signed in for service. He informed me of the approximate wait time. The waiting room is comfortable and my favorite show on HGTV kept me occupied while I waited. Ben came in person to inform me about my car's progress. He asked me if I wanted a free car wash...why not. This was a great experience. I have always had great service at Jake Sweeney Mazda Tri County. The service dept. personnel are always professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. More
The process is weird, but overall was a fine experience Car is wonderful, got all my questions about it answered. The main issue I had was they ask you to sign the agreement before knowing what your interes Car is wonderful, got all my questions about it answered. The main issue I had was they ask you to sign the agreement before knowing what your interest rate and monthly payments are. We were told thats how the process works, but that makes no sense to me. Why would I sign a paper if I don't know the terms I'm signing to. We worked through it, but if that IS the system its a stupid one. Very happy with my car though and would go back again if the need arises. More
Better than family Easter weekend I had my vehicle towed in because of damage to my tire after hitting a pothole & not being able to locate my vehicle lug nut key. That Monday the service dept. was very busy of course, but the wonderful guys (Jeff Ames, Adam Blakely & Ben Conover) at Jake Sweeney Mazda were able to fit me in, taking care of necessary service to make my vehicle suitable for driving & even provided me with a loaner vehicle. I am a loyal Jake Sweeney Mazda customer & feel comfortable taking my vehicle there. I trust the team & feel confident that they will take care of my vehicle without depleting my bank account. Also, the guys are always very friendly, personable & patient with me. Thanks for always making my experience at service dept. pleasant. More

Great Costumer Experience Brian was of great help when assisting me with the purchase of my car. He was not to pushy and listened to all of my wants in the car. He was able to get us the best deal he could at that time. Once the car was purchased, Brian went through all of the ins and outs of the car to make sure I was comfortable before leaving the lot. Also, since this deal went into the closing hours of the office, Brian promised me a free wash in the future, which is great! More
