Pleasant Experience at Jake Sweeney I received a safety recall in the mail for my 2016 Mazda 3. After having some service issues with the dealer I originally purchased from, I chose Jak I received a safety recall in the mail for my 2016 Mazda 3. After having some service issues with the dealer I originally purchased from, I chose Jake Sweeney to perform the recall. Called in to service to schedule. Ben was friendly and familiar with the recall, and gave me multiple scheduling options to fit my schedule. I arrived for my appointment and got checked in with no issues. They provided a very nice loaner car while my service was being performed. The recall was performed quickly and I picked my vehicle up after work the same day. I'm very particular with the cleanliness of my vehicle, and oftentimes I'll discover a dirt scuff or grease mark after a dealer service. To my surprise, my car was as perfectly clean as when I left it. In summary, I had a friendly, fast, clean and positive experience at Jake Sweeney Mazda. More

First Mazda I never looked at a Mazda until a few weeks ago. I was impressed with the body design of Mazda 3 and very impressed with the interior design; stylish I never looked at a Mazda until a few weeks ago. I was impressed with the body design of Mazda 3 and very impressed with the interior design; stylish and elegant. I purchased my vehicle with the Premium Package; it was worth the additional price. The color I wanted "Deep Crystal Blue" was not available at the dealership but salesman found vehicle at a dealership in Columbus and within 24 hours it was on the lot. The only issue I have, unfortunately, there are two areas with what appears to be fine scratches and one area where they appears to be circular scratches. I was advised to contact Sales Manager, Toney Heitz, to address my concerns. I will write an update after I meet with Tony Heitz. More
