After an initial estimate of $9,000 and 10 business days to fix, the reality turned into $17,000 and over a month. While I understood that after the $9,000 estimate that additional required work may be uncovered, I was expecting in the range of $1,000.... that there could have been seven times that, should have been apparent to to a pro and I should have received a warning as to time and dollars possibly required. On receiving the news of the additional time and money, I asked, "What happened?" And rather than getting a professional explanation, I got the smart-assed remark, "Well, you were in a car wreck." (no kidding.) When I did reach my rep, Dave Davis, I did get more information. In the end, it was a major inconvenience because I had a road trip planned with the car for early June. All I could ask would have been the ability to plan better farther ahead. The work itself seems satisfactory with the exception of a slight mis-alignment of the lift gate, that there was dust inside and that the exterior wash was marginal.... bugs in the front. (On my last service they said the car wash was was unavailable and that they just forgot to rub out a scratch that was on the right rear when I bought the car. (No longer an issue.) I like my new car. I liked my sales person Kya Denmark. I hope to have a good relationship with your service department..... But for me, the jury is still out. Robert L. Roark More

Their facility is always clean and even though I have to go there during work hours, they have WiFi which allows me to work remotely. More
Good Service but. I called and set an appointment to have my tires replaced and told them exactly what I was getting. They set an appointment and gave me a loaner car the night before the service date. I received a call the next morning and they told me they had the tires but they were at the warehouse and it would be another day before they could get them in. The following day, they didn't come in until about 3pm and I had someplace I had to be by 5pm so it again wasn't ready. The following day, the car was ready for pickup. Luckily it was a free loaner so not so bad but I was specific on what I was getting. The service department has worked on my car previously and said that on my next oil change, I would likely need tires as they were getting close. So with all that, I feel they could have looked at their inventory and ordered the tires in for me so that it would have been completed the day promised, instead it was 2 extra days. Finally, their website is not user friendly at all. I can't see my history and it has me having 2 different cars that are identical. Suggesting services I just had done and so one, really needs an overhaul. I talked to someone on chat 3 times now and I have never received a call back from the dealership, so if you need to talk to someone there, call them. More

I compared the brake estimate to what I paid at another service facility (not a dealership), and it was only a $30 difference. To have Mazda parts, it was well worth it! I’ll be coming back. More
Wheels Fixed When I brought my car in for an oil change a month or so ago I brought up that my wheels were pealing and asked if this was normal. Jeff Ames said it was not and told me he would look into it. Turned out that I was able to get my wheels refinished for no cost to me at all!! More

The only issue I had was that I discovered, on the road, in a rainstorm, that whoever installed the new wiper blades had forgotten to remove the plastic cover of the drover's side. Fortunately, I was able to pull of and take care of it myself. More
