Best Dealership Experience In My Life Yesterday, I was searching for my first big purchase car. I went to 6 different dealerships and did a lot of online searching for a small SUV vehicle. Yesterday, I was searching for my first big purchase car. I went to 6 different dealerships and did a lot of online searching for a small SUV vehicle. I went to Toyota, Nissan, Honda, and etc in Colerain to search for my SUV. I called many dealerships and Jake Sweeney Mazda on Kemper Road happen to be one of them. The salesmen I spoke with was Richie Ollier. To be completely honest I really did not want to drive out to this dealership, because it was a little out of the way for me. However, Richie Ollier's persistence to sell me a car that I truly would love, was the reason I decided to head out to this dealership. I probably told him two to three different times on the phone that I probably was not heading out. But, Richie being the awesome salesmen he is continued to call to see what it would take for me to come out to Jake Sweeney Mazada on Kemper Rd. Richie Ollier treated me with such respect and really made me feel comfortable at this dealership. Richie Ollier ended up selling me a used 2016 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring in great condition, for an AMAZING price. My expectations for my first big purchase car have been blown out of the water thanks to Richie Ollier and Jake Sweeney Mazda. As well as working with an awesome salesman, I also had to privilege to work with his manager Tony Heitz, who could not have been any kinder. I really felt that Tony did whatever he could do to make sure that I walked out with a new car that day. They both were so willing to answer any questions and I never felt like they were in any rush. They truly cared to find me the vehicle that I wanted. The person that also came along with me for this purchase, is someone that works in the car industry and has bought many cars throughout his lifetime. Therefore, he is very familiar with dealerships. At the end of this experience he said, "This is the best dealerships experience I have ever had in my life," referring to Jake Sweeney Mazda on Kemper Rd and I could not agree more. I highly recommend that you come out to this dealership and work with Richie Ollier. No other dealership was as persistent and willing to work with me as much as Richie and Tony were at Jake Sweeney Mazda. More
I was forced to go to top of the hierarchy to have my needs Upon the purchase of a 2016 Mazda CX-5 with an obvious deep scratch, I was told if I left the car it would be detailed and repaired. When I picked it up about 5 days later, I was so trusting that I didn’t check the car on site. The salesman said, “ok, you’re all ready to go,”I got in and took off. When I arrived home and took a close look, I saw that nothing had been done. I began by calling the salesman and eventually his finance superior. I called multiple times with no results. Eventually, my calls led me to Mr. Robert Sabbagh who not only took the time to listen but made arrangements for the promised repair. Questionable Practices and Poor Customer Service I was forced to sign a service contract under duress in order for my car to be released. Stephen, Anthony, and Chris all at some point failed to help I was forced to sign a service contract under duress in order for my car to be released. Stephen, Anthony, and Chris all at some point failed to help me resolve the issues raised regarding my experience with Jake Sweeney service in tri county. I initially was given a service contract for with hand marked x's on specific boxes and signature line to check and sign, in order to give service the green light to bypass me, and do whatever they want to my car. I was told from Chris, service manager, next time to initial the written estimate box to ensure that my wishes and request are listened to and before approval to continue after diagnosis, and complete repair. I was not given that opportunity in good spirit, instead I was railroaded, dismissed, and rubbed the wrong way. My car gas tank was on empty when I picked up my car, key fob broken, from service, and was given poor customer service from the staff and very condescending.Multiple safety car issues was not handled to my satisfaction and I was concerned about the lack of training the staff had in customer service and in repair. I need a remedy to this disservice! I do not want to return for service there. Dissatisfied More

Fantastic staff and service. Jake Sweeney Mazda is a fantastic operation. The staff is knowledgeable, polite, and takes the time to explain the work that is being done. The information sheet that is given out explains in color graphics, explains you car’s condition. Example: how much brake life is left/how much the brakes are worn in an easy to follow manner. This is great information! The technicians do great service work on the car. Also, in the past they have informed the service desk people about future problem(s).. This occurred several visits ago. Disappointed I am very disappointed with the service quality at Jake Sweeney. I always take my CX9 there and with the exception of the last two years or so have al I am very disappointed with the service quality at Jake Sweeney. I always take my CX9 there and with the exception of the last two years or so have always been very pleased. Something has changed. First, how do you end a free lifetime oil offer during the life of a very well maintained vehicle? This is one main reason why we purchased from Jake Sweeney. I had issues with a gas cap that suddenly became a $400 issue. Also, they fixed the seal on a tire that continued to have issues with- got charged every time. I recently purchased my 3rd set of tires from them, but during that visit learned about the discontinued lifetime oil change. I would not have purchased the tires there had I known during my tire search. If the lifetime oil change is not honored- I will no longer be traveling to Fairfield for maintenance. I believe this is a breech of contract. I must mention that they always provide a loaner for me to drive back to work in Mason- I appreciate this very much and hope it continues for customers. More
