Great service day of... Not so much day after. I loved Jake and recommended them to everyone until July 16th, the day after my oil change and tire rotation service. I left my house to run errands a I loved Jake and recommended them to everyone until July 16th, the day after my oil change and tire rotation service. I left my house to run errands and got about 1/2 a mile and my tire alarm went off. I got to a Marathon Station and my left front tire was almost flat. I put air in and continued on. I dropped something off at work 30 miles from home and turned right back around to come home and my tire alarm went off again. I had my dog in the car so I was concerned about taking my car to a shop. I went to Art Miller on Delta and he filled my tire and told me to go to Tom's Tire, where it was discovered that my valve stem in the front left tire was broken. He gave it a temporary fix and then I ended up getting it fixed at RPM Auto service. I called Jake Sweeney and talked to Adam, who I've dealt with many times over the course of my Mazda ownership. He was kind of rude and told me that valve stems break all of the time... Ok, they had just serviced my tires the day before.. He said it would be 120 to replace the valve stem and sensor. I am convinced that they broke it accidentally when rotating my tires. He said that they only rotated and never even checked air pressure? Why would you not check tires as you're rotating them? Cannot recommend this dealership anymore. More

Best Dealership Experience In My Life Yesterday, I was searching for my first big purchase car. I went to 6 different dealerships and did a lot of online searching for a small SUV vehicle. Yesterday, I was searching for my first big purchase car. I went to 6 different dealerships and did a lot of online searching for a small SUV vehicle. I went to Toyota, Nissan, Honda, and etc in Colerain to search for my SUV. I called many dealerships and Jake Sweeney Mazda on Kemper Road happen to be one of them. The salesmen I spoke with was Richie Ollier. To be completely honest I really did not want to drive out to this dealership, because it was a little out of the way for me. However, Richie Ollier's persistence to sell me a car that I truly would love, was the reason I decided to head out to this dealership. I probably told him two to three different times on the phone that I probably was not heading out. But, Richie being the awesome salesmen he is continued to call to see what it would take for me to come out to Jake Sweeney Mazada on Kemper Rd. Richie Ollier treated me with such respect and really made me feel comfortable at this dealership. Richie Ollier ended up selling me a used 2016 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring in great condition, for an AMAZING price. My expectations for my first big purchase car have been blown out of the water thanks to Richie Ollier and Jake Sweeney Mazda. As well as working with an awesome salesman, I also had to privilege to work with his manager Tony Heitz, who could not have been any kinder. I really felt that Tony did whatever he could do to make sure that I walked out with a new car that day. They both were so willing to answer any questions and I never felt like they were in any rush. They truly cared to find me the vehicle that I wanted. The person that also came along with me for this purchase, is someone that works in the car industry and has bought many cars throughout his lifetime. Therefore, he is very familiar with dealerships. At the end of this experience he said, "This is the best dealerships experience I have ever had in my life," referring to Jake Sweeney Mazda on Kemper Rd and I could not agree more. I highly recommend that you come out to this dealership and work with Richie Ollier. No other dealership was as persistent and willing to work with me as much as Richie and Tony were at Jake Sweeney Mazda. More

When I picked it up about 5 days later, I was so trusting that I didn’t check the car on site. The salesman said, “ok, you’re all ready to go,”I got in and took off. When I arrived home and took a close look, I saw that nothing had been done. I began by calling the salesman and eventually his finance superior. I called multiple times with no results. Eventually, my calls led me to Mr. Robert Sabbagh who not only took the time to listen but made arrangements for the promised repair. He restored my faith in people as well as Jake Sweeney Automotives More
