My first experience 7 months ago was very good, an Just purchased my 2nd new Mazda here at Jake Sweeney and have worked with Keith Jenkins both times. My first experience 7 months ago was very good, and this 2nd experience was GREAT! I got the car I wanted (2019 Mazda CX5) at a decent price and was treated like royalty through the entire process. Keith really made this 2nd venture something I felt very secure about., he answered all my questions completely and followed through with everything he said, making the sale a breeze. Dealership had my back I had my car in for routine maintenance and a battery check. The battery was found to be in worse shape than I thought and needed to be replaced soon. I had my car in for routine maintenance and a battery check. The battery was found to be in worse shape than I thought and needed to be replaced soon. Because this work was unexpected for that visit, it could have been a huge headache. However, the service center made a proposal that had me out the door for less than the expected price. As always, they were very timely and professional, and I had my car back later that day. They even gave me a loaner for the brief period I was without my car. More

Professional I own 2 rx7's and have always had them serviced here. Last 2 visits I had major services done, they lent me a loaner car before i could ask for one. My one rx7 has a major issue with it which was discovered at my last service but they gave me a quote and did not push to get it fixed right there at all just told me to keep an eye on a certain issue so I definitely appreciate that since I'd like to save some funds before I send it there to get fixed but when it's right for me. I know there are 2 service guys that still are very proficient in servicing the rotary and a big reason why I choose to send my cars here for service. More
