I went in looking for a used car after a recent accident and met Keith Spectacular. That would be my description for Jake Sweeney Mazda Tri-County. I went in looking for a used car after a recent accident and met Keith who was eager to help me. Keith was spectacular at helping me find something within my budget with desirable milage. He was patient as a tried quite a few cars until I found the right one. Honestly he made it an enjoyable experience and was great to deal with. The next day I came in to purchase the car and it was all one nice smooth transition. Mike in the finance department was extremely helpful in detailing all the fine print and answering any questions I had. When I got the car I asked if they could touch up some minor dings and scratches in the paint. I dropped the car off Monday and in the meantime they let me use a rental free of charge while I waited. Today I picked up my car and it looked fantastic! All the things I wanted addressed were fix and the car is looking like new! I definitely recommend Jake Sweeney Mazda Tri-County for an excellent car buying experience. More

Good opportunity and match-up There were a lot of good things about my visit to Jake Sweeney Mazda. The interior is nice (newly renovated, I believe), the service personnel are fri There were a lot of good things about my visit to Jake Sweeney Mazda. The interior is nice (newly renovated, I believe), the service personnel are friendly and informative, and my sales associate was helpful. I originally went in for a recall on my 2003 Mazda vehicle, and while it was being serviced I talked to Keith about looking for a new vehicle. He had a new car coming in that same day that we both thought would be a good fit. He helped orchestrate the information and it turned out to be a good opportunity for me. Keith was helpful and eager to help make the match. When I went in to buy, however, there was an extra expense on the car that I didn't ask for that the dealership puts on every vehicle. It's an environmental protection treatment to help maintain the status of the cars as they sit on the lot. My issues with that were that the car wasn't even there for more than a few days and I didn't even want the treatment but was still surprised by it and forced to have it since it had already been applied. The price cost over 10% of the vehicle itself. that was a bad surprise and something that should at least be mentioned to the customer beforehand so its not a huge surprise, and at most be covered by the dealer since its their expense. Despite all that, Keith still managed to help take off the included warranty for the treatment which helped reduce the cost of the treatment. More
