I originally came to this dealership to buy a kia forte for college in the summer of 2017. They were amazing then as well but unfortunately that car was totaled in January of 2019. When I came back, Dante remembered me and was eager to help. They did everything they could to get me a reliable form of transportation for a price i could afford. We came in at 9 am, when the store opened, and I had my brand new 2019 Kia Rio by noon. I can't thank these guys enough. They were honest, upfront, and efficient. Thank you Don and Dante! Although I hope I don't have to see you all for a while, Jake Sweeney Kia will be the first place I go if I ever need a car. More

I'm Stubborn, And They're Incredible I am indecisive and stubborn. I sent them an email one day before I left work because I thought, "What the heck, I'll take a look at Kias… I've pretty I am indecisive and stubborn. I sent them an email one day before I left work because I thought, "What the heck, I'll take a look at Kias… I've pretty much looked at everything else," and I really liked the body of the 2019 Optima S. So I drove out there, and was greeted by Ricky and Coby, both of which were insanely knowledgeable about the product. They recognized very quickly I'm into very fine detail work, and get the big picture, so they showed me exactly what I wanted to see and got very technical. On the test drive, Ricky showed me everything there was to know about the car. Immediately after I left, I was somewhat undecided, but after the drive home, I was set on getting this car. I talked back and forth with Ricky for about two weeks and he was prompt and answered every question I threw at him. Everything was ready and in-line when I came to finalize the deal. When it came to financing, Rom knew everything inside and out. They took absolutely great care of me, even though I am anal beyond belief, and I would recommend Kia and this specific dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car. The staff is professional and courteous and the cars are stunning. More

Their service Manager Tony Darpel is a great guy and all his staff are friendly and really care about your situation. I have never been disappointed. This time I wanted to look into purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and met Noah Darpel this young man made it fun and easy for me to find just what I wanted and at the price I wanted. I stayed on budget and have a great car! Thanks to all the great people at Jake Sweeney of Florence. Five Stars for Noah Darpel! Misled/poor customer service My husband and I bought a truck from Jake Sweeney about a month-and-a-half ago and it was misleading because the guy told us that we were getting a pa My husband and I bought a truck from Jake Sweeney about a month-and-a-half ago and it was misleading because the guy told us that we were getting a paint protection for free. He said it was for three years, but later on we were told from a different guy that it was really for 5 years and we did pay $899 for this. I'm really frustrated because we went there trusting them with their word. We sat there for 8 hours waiting for them to do their job and I still had to point out mistakes on the numbers that were on the paperwork. We was already pre-approved from cinfed credit Union,so all they had to do was call the lady, get a check that we pick up and bring it to them, but they decided to do it a different way and that's why we were there for 8 hours and we still had to go on and do it the way that I originally told them. About three weeks later my husband noticed some rust on the bottom of the doors, he told them that they needed to look at it and fix it because we had the paint protection. They did part of the work, but denied the rest of the work because they said they didn't know the rust was there, so it was considered a pre-existing condition. If they didn't know it was there how were we supposed to know it was there. We bought a truck thinking that we had protection to fix something that was messed up when we bought it so obviously the paint protection is worth crap because they can deny it saying that they didn't know about a pre-existing condition. We bought it from them trusting their word and their word means nothing. We do appreciate the work they did do because it was fantastic, but will probably never shop with Jake Sweeney Kia again because of the runaround that we received. I was looking for a vehicle for myself, but it most likely won't be there. Also customer service is horrible because we tried to call them on several occasions left messages and no return phone calls. We had to go into the shop to find someone that gave us a million and 10 reasons why they didn't call us back. First reason was the guy that we called isn't in the office very much and he's been very busy. The guy that told us this said I will make sure I call you back when you call and message me, to no avail he did the same thing as the first guy. I will say I've never had a horrible experience like I did with Jake Sweeney Kia in Florence. It would be nice if someone would fix what they obviously knew about, but claimed they didn't. I have never done a bad review in my life because I don't like them, but we paid a lot of money for a vehicle that should be fixed before the rust deteriorates the rest of the truck. I always like to give companies a second chance, but if it can't be fixed then a second chance would not be given and I would let everyone know exactly how my experience was. More
Used car power train warranty is crap. Bought a 2015 explorer with 27k miles was told power train would be covered for life of car as long as they did my oil changes. Went for first service Bought a 2015 explorer with 27k miles was told power train would be covered for life of car as long as they did my oil changes. Went for first service was told battery was bad had it checked two other places tested fine. Then they stripped my oil drain plug. So second service said I needed rear brakes at a cost of $400 and that I had to have them do the work because that’s how they make up there money on power train warranty if they didn’t do my brakes warranty is void. Won’t be going back ever. More
