Upon a slow review of my invoices upon my return to my residence ,I found still some outstanding issues that have yet to be resolved. You have charged me close to 70.00 dollars (U. S. D.) for a Synthetic Oil Change. Why? I am supposed to get a FREE LIFETIME OIL CHANGE with REGULAR OIL only. Also, you at my request were supposed to post an window sticker reminder with the mileage reading plus 7,500 miles from what it was when it was brought in as a reminder and put it in the upper left inside corner of my windshield. That never ever happened. Why is/ was that? Was my oil ever changed at all? Is so, since it is supposed to be free to me for my lifetime, will you promptly mail off to me a JSK check for this total amount slightly under 70 dollars? That way, if I elect to ever return again, for any more service at your location, I may immediately apply this payment to one of the cards that we used to pay for these issues asap. Read that as, possibly, we may be willing to give some/ many of you a second chance, again? I was told by J. Hill that on the day that we picked up our car that he retained a copy of the Fed Ex invoice that showed what he did concerning the issues of delays in receipt at your location of a necessary Special Order part that would allow my car to be correctly repaired. I requested a copy. I got none. I requested it by e-mail upon my return to my residence. I got none. You still need lots of work to correct the handling of this long time loyal customer and their Service Department needs at JSK, now, and in the future?
