Flew in to get car, they knew I was coming, paper work was not ready, took over 90 min to get on the road. I bought a Kia Seltos from a dealership in Dayton Ohio. This dealer said it would take 2 months to order the car. So we ordered the car. Several weeks later, I asked about an update since we were thinking This dealer said it would take 2 months to order the car. So we ordered the car. Several weeks later, I asked about an update since we were thinking of buying from available Seltos cars elsewhere, the person I was working with said that was no problem if we found a car elsewhere. He did not really care if he sold us one or not. I was surprised by that since we had bought a new car there 14 years ago and thought we would be treated as valued customers. Incidentally, they wrote on all the purchase paperwork that our car bought 14 years ago was a Spectra and not a Rondo. This has caused us all kinds of Title headaches. I went back to find out how to turn on the interior lights in the new Seltos and they told me it didn't have any. So I went to order the interior light kit and they never called me. So I drove there and they had my ordered kit. I went to the service desk to schedule an appointment. They have no weekend hours and I can drive there by 4:30 pm but they only stay open until 6 pm and they said that is not enough time. So now I will have to find out if I can take off vacation time next year to do this. I bet you they sell that lighting kit to someone else in the meantime. I do not feel like a valued customer at this dealership. Each time I go there, they provide a reason they cannot help me. The Cody that worked with us ordering the car seems to not work there anymore. By the way, we ended up buying our 2022 Seltos from Beavercreek Ohio Kia. Not at Jake Sweeney Florence. They just did not seem to care of we bought there or not. Same goes for their parts and service departments. More

On Monday, August 23, 2021, I had my 2021 Kia Soul towed into this venue from Ohio. After 4 hours of wating, I had to keep self-initiating to see if they even looked at my car. eventually they told me it ne into this venue from Ohio. They told me then that no parts Kia or Aftermarket were available in the area. They would have to Special Order them and they would not be there until Friday, This is our only car. I asked for a Loaner and they refused. I asked for them to Shuttle me home, 30 miles, to Ohio, and they refused. They said they would contact Enterprise Rental Car which would come and get me. They did. However, I did not have a credit card in my name so Enterprise refused. I am now working with their JSK employee Joe Hill. He failed to tell me that this rental joint wanted an extra 300 dollar deposit which I did not have. Then Hill told me he would call Ran's Taxi which is in his words..right down the street and reliable. This is at 0400pm. At 0600pm Hill and his department left. I called Ran's over and over on my burner and they told me someone cancelled out the JSK call for them to come and get me there. When I asked whom did that they could not respond. I told them to send someone. No one showed. I kept calling them. My burner cell went dead after a while. Shortly before 0800pm when their new car sales closed for the day I asked permission of their Receptionist to use a pxd phone of one of their New Car Sales people. She allowed it I calledf up the boone County Kentucky Sheriff's Depatrment for help. They arrived promptly D/ S Hill attempted to get them on the phone with his phone. He got no response. I told him my car was there and parts would not come in until last Friday He suggested I get an Uber driver. I told him I had no phone to do that. He got one for me. I arrived in five minutes. I had repositioned my car to the front door of JSK and parked in the handicapped parking space with my Ohio handicapped placard. J. Hill's crony had left my car way out in Triple Z in their parking lot--unlocked. I moved it up. I got "crip sticks" out for my beloved wife and myself and waited and waited inside and outside until the deputy showed up. The Urber driver had Ohio plates on his car. I arrived home shortely after 0900pm that nite. I am and was soooo pissed. On Friday, August 27, 2021, I, again, self-initiated a px call inbound to the JSK Parts Department., They told me that some parts came in the nite before and others that day. I called up J. Hill. No response. I called Josh Lindsey who is off sick on medical leave. I left messages over and over there all last week. On Saturday, August 29, 2021, Lindsey called me up and said he would be back and Monday August 30, 2021, and look into my case I called him up on Monday, August 30 ,2021 after J. Hill called me up and told me he could not find my key I told him that his staff left my car unlocked on his lot for now for a week and whom ever drove it to their parking lot knew where the key was You just cannot make this up. Lindsey late that day confirmed that the Special Order Parts were in. A bit later he informed me that they were still a part short, and they would have to special Order it from Columbus, OHio, and it would arrive on Tuesday ,August, 31,2021. On Tuesday, August 31, 2021, i contacted parts, after they left a message for me earlier that day announcing the name of the part that was in---which was ,wait for it, WRONG! I contacted Lindsey and Parts Parts informed me that it was supposed to be on the afternoon of Tuesday, August 31, 2021, via Fed Ex. I checked by px on that date with JSK Parts, mid afternoon and it still has yet to arrive. I have no other car. I am desperate. I am in abject poverty. I/ we need a car to get to missed appointments, asap, with MDs, pharmacies, hospitals, etc. I am old, white, multi-disabled, and a PROUD "challenged' Viet Nam War Era veteran of the United States Navy. Everyone else in my household is, too, unemployed, due to multiple disabilities. I mean, come on, man, how in the xxxx difficult could it be to get one CORRECT xxxx part of a 2021 Kia Soul Plus, with xxxx near 270k miles upon it. This place used to give this household stellar treatment after the New Car sale. In the last week or so it has gone to xxxx in a handbasket. Sadly, for the most part, communications via cell phone, landlline phone, e-mails, texts, voice mails, chat, etc. have xxxx near almost all been unreturned. Hey, JSK, if you have one of your staffers put some JSK dealer plates on any vehicle you have now available in your lot, drive it 30 miles to my place, have your employee give me the address to go pick up that Special Order part I will gladly go up and get it with your approval alone or with your staffer along and bring it back to your place for IMMEDIATE placement into my car to get it back to us on the road, again. What has happened to you quality control there to make certain that any customers, even poor, multi-disablefd ,veterans, multi-racial, can get ANY communications back, asap, assuring me/ us when the correct part will be in at JSK, and your Service Department will install it upon and into our car. Our experience didn’t start great, but we switched salesmen & it was fantastic from there! We have 2 young kids that we had to bring with us & Noah was great at trying to get us out of there as fast a salesmen & it was fantastic from there! Sould be 0 stars. This place put me through xxxx for 9 months, then decided after 2 months of radio silence from them, thinking I finally had the car after 5 different loans by myself, one with a cosigner months, then decided after 2 months of radio silence from them, thinking I finally had the car after 5 different loans by myself, one with a cosigner, and one with my mother being the buyer, they came and repoed the car. I went back to the dealership to get at least my childs car seat where I told them I'd have 12,000 to pay the car in full in 2 days but I took my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same. My credit score dropped 200+ because they constantly ran my credit without my permission for the full 9 months. Customer service is terrible. Any time I tried to talk to anyone I would get ignored, talked over, or straight up hung up on. They tell you one thing one minute than do a complete 180 the next time you ask. When I got a lawyer involved he talked to the dealership and they assured him that we will be getting the loan, then turned around and told me they couldn't do anything about the loan. Our lawyer told us that they obviously aren't competent enough to know how to do a simple car loan and we should go somewhere else. At that point my credit was so shot that I couldn't go anywhere else and we decided to put someone else's name on the car. Unfortunately the same thing happened to their credit. Tammy Moore was the manager we were sent to and she is the main problem in that building with THE WORST customer service I've ever seen. I've never been treated with such disrespect in my life. Do not waste your time here. To sum it all up, this place is THE worst dealership I've ever don't business with. Save yourself the time, effort, money, and headache and buy a car somewhere else (superior kia was very kind to us after this whole fiasco with Jake sweeney. 10/10 would recommend superior). Save your credit score. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! More

We brought our brand new 2020 Kia Sorento in for it's first oil change. As I was waiting for our oil change, someone came out to clarify pricing with 2 different customesr in the waiting area about tire first oil change. As I was waiting for our oil change, someone came out to clarify pricing with 2 different customesr in the waiting area about tire rotation and if they wanted it. No one ever asked me, so I figured I didn't need it yet. Our car only had about 6000 miles on it. As I checked out, the lady told me the total of over $70! For ONE oil change! That was it. We didn't add anything else or purchase any accessories. I reluctantly paid the $70 thinking maybe my husband added something else when he called for the appointment. When I got home, my husband realized what we had paid and we looked over the invoice. We were charged $59.99, when there was clearly a special for $39.99 that he had mentioned when he booked the appointment. They told him that was correct and we would get the oil change at that price. We also noticed on the invoice that we were charged for a tire rotation. We did not need a tire rotation and had anyone asked me like they did everyone else, I would have told them that. Not only that, but when we went out later that day, the service light was on. The dealership didn't even reset that. My husband called someone to help him turn it off and my tire pressure light came on the same day and all 4 tires were at different levels. Not only did we get a tire rotation we did not ask for, but the tires weren't even inflated to be even. My husband called the same afternoon multiple times and the phone went to a voicemail. He called 2 more days in a row and again voicemail. No one ever called back or texted or emailed. I was very interested in purchasing weather mats for my Sorento for over $100. We will not give Jake Sweeney Kia in Florence any more business. I can't believe no one ever reached out to us. They do not seem to care about customer service. We will not return here and waste our money. More
