When I decided to buy a new car I new I wanted one fun to drive and fun to be in. I tried fifteen small cars and could not make a decision. I kept thinking; Fiat is the only one I haven't tried. Therefore, on a whim, i decided to email a local Jake Sweeny dealer and ask why they can't bring Fiats to the area for people like me to see. I don't drive the interstates and I like to stay in town/not a big traveler. To my surprize I received a call from Tom Cronin. He offered to bring one to my door! He was so considerate he even asked what color I would like to see and he brought an automatic at my request. I took a test drive and after fifteen other cars, my mind was made up..I'm going to buy a Fiat. Tom showed me every feature about the car, making it that much more interesting a exciting to drive.I took a test drive and was so impressed with how it handled, the power, took hills and curves great and just as I said I wanted: FUN TO DRIVE AND BE IN! I had some personal issues that delayed my purchase. During that time Tom and I corresponded by email, we reached an agreement on price and the entire time held the car I had driven just for me. I asked him a lot of questions about service, warranties, anything I could think of and Tom always had the answer for me. He comes across as very confident in his job, the cars he is selling, his company and not once did I feel pressured or have any doubt. Finally the day came I got my car...again Tom brought it to my home and again showed me everything about the car even went through the booklet with me. At first it seemed overwhelming, so much to learn about my new Fiat. But Tom explained eveything so well with no pressure, was in no hurry. He made the experience of buying my Fiat a real pleasure. Can you imagine never setting foot on a car lot and buying a new car! Obviously when trying out fifteen cars I also did my homework and checked each of them out on line, all the pros and cons. I was so impressed with the Fiat, much more than any of the others. Overall I have only great to say about the Fiat, Tom Cronin and I am confident my experince with Jake Sweeney Service in the future can only be something to look forward to!! Shopping and buying a vehicle at Jake Sweeney Fiat was everything I would ask for and more. The entire process spanned over a few weeks as my husband and I wanted to take some time to make a decision, bu everything I would ask for and more. Coby was available at any time for questions or concerns we had. Tom Cronin helped us decide between different models and what options they came with. They worked with us on pricing and once we were able to agree on the financing we came back in and they had "our" car ready and waiting for us in the garage. Coby spent a good 25 minutes in the car with us showing all of the options and how everything worked. From the gas tank door and the hidden umbrella holder to the XM radio and pairing our phones with UConnect. Not only did we come out with a great Fiat (500L), but we also built a lasting relationship with the dealership. If, or when, my husband and I decide to purchase another vehicle it will definitely be with the Sweeney Family dealerships! We love our car so much we might even buy another Fiat from Jake Sweeney! I took my nephew to look for a new car that got good fuel miliage. After looking at various other cars, we stopped to look at the Fiat Pop models. He took a test drive in a new Pop, i went with him and took a turn driving it. The Fiat Pop was super peppy and felt very solid. Tom Cronin was a pleasure to deal with. He made my nephew an offer thad he could afford, being in the service. Although i wasn't planning on buying a vehicle at that time, i was so impressed with the Fiat Pop, that we both decided to purchase new Fiat Pops the same day. I spoke with Coby Sweeney and Tom Cronin that day, and both were extremely nice, no pressure type guys. My nephew now has 19,000 miles on his Pop, and i have 9,000 miles on mine. We compare notes, and are both extremely pleased with our purchases. I average over 40 mpg mixed driving, and my nephew gets just about the same. The Pop still looks like new, inside and out, not a squeek, rattle at all, solid as a rock. Oil changes are very inexpensive and the service department is fantastic. This is not your average dealership, it is FAR above any other dealership that i have been involved with. I recommend Sweeney Fiat to everyone that asks questions about my Fiat Pop, and believe me, people ask about it every stop i make. My next vehicle will be another Fiat from Sweeney Fiat, no doubt about it. More

We were looking for a dependable used car for our daughter. As we entered Jake Sweeney Kia/Fiat we were warmly welcomed by a salesman named Joe Netto. He immediately directed us to their used car lot and showed us several cars that met or were very close to what we were looking for. After looking at the cars he obtained permission for us to take the car we liked the most home for a couple days, and have our daughter and mechanic take a look at it and bring it back. When we asked him the prices of the cars he knew what they were and if he wasn't sure he found out and got back to us within a very short time. When asked about financing he gave us an estimate of what the car would cost "out the door" and offered to direct us to their finance department. Although we ultimately did not buy a car from him, (our daughter found a car on her own) he took our phone number and several times in the following weeks would call or text us with the details of a car they had taken in trade that he thought would meet our needs and our daughter would like. We did return to the dealership a couple of times to check out some of the cars he suggested. We will be in the market for a new car (or possibly a newer used car) for ourselves soon and the first place we will be looking will be Jake Sweeney Kia/Fiat in Florence and look forward to working with Joe Netto again. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable of the types of cars available and was very good at matching the "perfect" car to our needs.
