All my objections were overcome with positive, productive, meaningful, and useful suggestions. Safety, family, comfort, performance, cost and the list continues, of topics discussed concerning my needs for this purchased. He fielded specific questions from every member of my family. This was accomplished in a family friendly atmosphere that highlighted a teamwork effort. For example thanks to Jesse for finding an affordable, comprehensive extended warranty. Wonderful experience at Jake Sweeney FIAT!! My husband and I stopped at Jake Sweeney to test drive a FIAT on a late Saturday afternoon. I ended up loving it so much that I bought the very first My husband and I stopped at Jake Sweeney to test drive a FIAT on a late Saturday afternoon. I ended up loving it so much that I bought the very first one I test drove. Cam Farmer was our sales person. He made us feel welcome and well taken care of. He was never pushy, full of useful information and was genuinely happy to help us. He stayed late on a Saturday evening to finish our sale, patiently answering our many, many questions. The great customer service continued in the financing department with Rom Beagle, who also patiently answered our many questions on a late Saturday evening. When we were finished with the paperwork, and ready to head off in our FIAT Convertible Lounge, the general manager, Coby Sweeney, came out to assist in setting up my bluetooth and satellite radio and tell me about all the great features in my new car.. I am so very pleased with my new FIAT and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. In the past, I have felt very mistreated and taken advantage of at car dealerships. That was not the case at Jake Sweeney Kia/FIAT. Everyone that works there is fantastic and I hope to buy many more cars from them in the future. More
A little wordy but this is my experience I was referred to Joe Netto with Jake Sweeney by a friend who recently purchased a new Kia. Due to previous life circumstances I do not have the best I was referred to Joe Netto with Jake Sweeney by a friend who recently purchased a new Kia. Due to previous life circumstances I do not have the best credit. When arriving at the dealership my friend let Joe know I was there and he came to the dealership to see me even though it was his day off. After looking at a few cars that fell within my approved financing, Joe pointed out a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited. It was a little after closing time (9:00) so I wasn't able to test drive the car but it had low miles and I figured it was at least a start to rebuilding my credit. I told Joe if we could secure financing with good terms I would take it. The next day Joe kept in touch with me and let me know once my financing was approved. I told Joe that I would be there that evening to fill out the paperwork and pick up my new car. I was extremely excited because I was getting a beautiful car and had bought it all by myself. When arriving at the dealership Joe sat down with me and I signed some forms including reviewing the Carfax report which stated that it had never been in an accident and they included a 6 month, 3,000 mile warranty. I then went to the finance manager to sign my loan forms and make my down payment. At this time it was around 6:45 which was past their 6:00 closing time. Joe said that they were detailing my car and it would be done in a few minutes so I went to help him clean out my trade in. When they were finished detailing my new car they backed it into a space on the side of the building, Joe put my temp tag on and I was ready to go. After leaving the dealership I had to pick up my daughter from ball practice, she hopped right in and we drove to the gas station to fill up our new car. This is about 20 minutes after driving off the lot. After filling up my car, my daughter and I were walking into the gas station and I looked back to take another look at my pretty new car and it was at that time that I saw the huge rippling dent in my back passenger door. Needless to say I was devastated. How in the world did I not see it!!! I remembered walking around the car the night before but since it was starting to get darker outside I had to have missed it. I contacted Joe right away and told him there was a very large dent in the door. Joe stated that he could most likely get the damage fixed at their cost but they would not pay for it. He said he could probably have it done for around $50 to $100. Joe said that their guy that does the body work is there on Thursdays until around 4:00 or 5:00. At this point I thought two things… Joe really didn’t understand how bad the damage was and two that he was not going to go out of his way to help me. On Thursday I text Joe and asked if he knew for sure if the guy that does the body work was there and he said to call and ask for Ryan Thomas because it was his day off. I called Ryan but received his voicemail so I left him a message. I didn't hear back from Ryan but knowing its usually pretty busy I went ahead and drove out to the dealership. There were two salesmen standing outside so I asked them if the guy that does their body work was there. They said yes but asked me what was going on so I told them what happened. They both looked at the damage and said “There is no way our guy can fix this. He just does touch up work.” They stated that the damage was too bad and it would have to go to a body shop. My heart sank!! I just paid thousands of dollars for a wrecked car and on top of the down payment and my trade in I was going to have to pay even more money to get it fixed. I asked them if there was a manager available and they said they would get someone for me. One of the salesmen returned and said that the managers were in a meeting but he would send someone out when they got out. A few minutes later Jesse Parks, the used car sales manager came out. He was extremely nice. I told him what happened and he said they would pay to fix my car and would also give me a loaner until it was done. I was so happy I thought I was going to cry. Jesse proved to me that Jake Sweeney truly cares about their customers. It’s not the car that earns loyal customers, it’s their entire experience during and after buying the car. I will definitely be coming back to Jake Sweeney for my next vehicle purchase and I will also refer anyone I know who is looking to purchase a vehicle. One thing that I have learned from this experience is to make sure when buying a new or used car that you thoroughly check it for any damage. The Carfax isn’t always correct because it only reflects damage that has been reported to the insurance companies. More

I feel that Marcus listened to me and helped me get what I was looking for with a minimum of stress (car shopping can be so stressful!). What was even more pleasing to me was that I was offered a CarFax as well. I felt that everything was "above board" the whole time. The employees of the dealership were also very kind and treated my family as valued guests. My son was tickled to get a new hat from a very kind gentleman who works there; it was a big deal for a 4 year old who was trying to wait patiently, and much appreciated by this mama. For price, attentiveness to needs, and service, I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
