Love my car... Not sure about the dealer I bought a 2016 jeep renegade in May. At time at signing I was promised a spare key, its now September & have still not received it. They dealer also said if your car needs serviced they provide loaner cars. I tried to get my car serviced today and they said they won't have loaner cars until October 6. Why tell customers the service is offered when availability is low? Also, some of staff is rude over the phone. I love my car & the jeep brand but I don't feel valued as a customer here. More
