They were deceitful and added a bogus $2,000 paint protectant warranty without my consent then completely slipped over it when they were explaining the documents. I had a 9 am appointment for routine service of an oil change, filter and 5-tire rotation. 3 hours later it was completed. This is unacceptable especially when an appointment was made. I checked the prog change, filter and 5-tire rotation. 3 hours later it was completed. This is unacceptable especially when an appointment was made. I checked the progress at 2 hours and told it was complete and just waiting for the Jeep to be brought forward. 10 to 15 minutes later the service advisor tells me the technician was just now putting the oil in. The only positive from this experience is the work was done correctly. More
