Although I live in Euclid, Ohio (4 hours away), I tried to shop around and heed the advise of my younger brother Darrin Aden. No matter where we looked, I just wasn't comfortable with what I was being offe to shop around and heed the advise of my younger brother Darrin Aden. No matter where we looked, I just wasn't comfortable with what I was being offered, or trying to be sold. Finally I decided to trust the real honest professional and come down, and see what he had to offer. First of all, the pre-qualification, and leg work was done 1 week, prior to coming down. That was the biggest relief, just knowing what we had to work with, the parameters, the carfax information and the internet information to view our options. When we arrived, we were met with warm smiles, greetings and salutations. Darrin had the cars lined up, warmed up and ready for test drives. My daughter and I was so pleased with whole process. Needless to say, we are happy, satisfied and very grateful that we made the trip to Cincinnati to purchase my 22 year old daughter, her first car, from her Uncle Darrin @ Jake Sweeney!! Jay Wagstaff demonstrated excellent customer service. Jay went above and beyond to get us in the SUV we were looking for GMC Yukon XL. It took two days but he diligently worked to get us a great deal and the went above and beyond to get us in the SUV we were looking for GMC Yukon XL. It took two days but he diligently worked to get us a great deal and the most bang for our buck. Alongside Mr. Wagstaff his secretary also showed us great customer service skills and made the process smooth from a logistical perspective. I just wanted to express my gratitude towards your service department and Justin Schwierjohann. My husband brought our 2009 Saturn Outlook in because we were having issues with the A/C going out. The service department and Justin Schwierjohann. My husband brought our 2009 Saturn Outlook in because we were having issues with the A/C going out. The repair was going to take 2-3 days so we would need a loaner car. At first, we were told we would only be able to get a full sized car because that's all you had left. The next morning I called Justin and explained to him that we had four children under the age of 6 who are all in booster seats and car seats. Justin was quick to check what was available and found us a Suburban! (Which we are in love with now!) That really let me know that he cared about the safety of my family. When we got our Saturn back, my husband noticed some cosmetic damages and some of the buttons no longer worked. He made Justin aware of the problems and he immediately apologized and had us bring the truck back in to rectify the issues. The Suburban was still available so we took that and waited to hear from Justin. When we got our truck back, it looked great!! The service department gave it a great detail and fixed what they could. The service manager apologized for the damages that were made. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. I just wanted to say thank you! More
