My name is Marilyn and I worked with the Vehicle Exchange Program. I wasn't exactly sure which car I was interested in when I came in. I had a 2011 Cruze and was thinking of trading it for either an Impala o Program. I wasn't exactly sure which car I was interested in when I came in. I had a 2011 Cruze and was thinking of trading it for either an Impala or a Malibu. Katie Sweeney was very friendly and after taking some info she brought in Don Smith who went over the advantages of both cars with me. It was a bitterly cold day and most of the cars still had a few inches of snow on them. Katie and Don went out in the cold to find the vehicle I wished to test drive and Don took me for a test drive where he explained all the great features of the Malibu I chose to drive. They worked with me to make my final decisions on which style and color I wanted. Once I made my decision they took me to meet Gary Lamb and Jay Wagstaff in financing. I was happy with the incentives and interest rate that I got and my payment was where I wanted to be. I got a lot more car and more options than I thought I could afford. Katie showed me how to sync my phone and how to use the Chevy MyLink option, which I was grateful for because I can barely work my smart phone. It was a great experience and I am sure I will not only recommend Jake Sweeney to my family and friends, I will be coming back for any service needed, and maybe another new car. But with as much as I like this new Malibu that may be a few years down the road. More

Jay Wagstaff took excellent care of me and my wife. He was patient with us and answered all our questions when we were choosing our 2014 Traverse. I am a long time Chevrolet customer and I wanted to obtain a lower interest rate for my 2012 Equinox. I purchased my 2012 Equinox from Don Smith and I have purchase at least six (6) Cavaliers from Don obtain a lower interest rate for my 2012 Equinox. I purchased my 2012 Equinox from Don Smith and I have purchase at least six (6) Cavaliers from Don since 1983. I heard Don was no longer with McCluskey and I sought him out and found that he was with Jake Sweeney. I knew I would receive exceptional customer service so I called him. He helped me refinance my Equinox to a lower rate and I was very excited about that. My daughter who is a junior in college was with me and wanted to look at cars as she was promised one upon her graduation. Don then said lets look at some cars (used and new) and she was interested in the Spark. I had previously looked at rates on line and had a price in mind that was offered for the 2013 Spark. Don and Kandy Sweeny assisted my daughter with the car also, Don had the numbers crunched based on the guaranteed savings certificate I received on line. I walked away with great financing for my 2012 Equinox as well as great service from Don. My daughter walked away with the car she absolutely wanted with great financing on her 2013 Spark (jalapeño green). Thanks so very much for your help and commitment to providing the best customer service ever experienced! I have already told every one of my friends on face book to check out Jake Sweeney if you looking for new or used cars. I will be back for additional cars as my older daughter wants a new car as well as my husband. We plan to see Don in the near future. Previously brought my car in for servicing at Jake Sweeny Chevrolet on Kemper Road, Cincinnati, Oh., and was told several things were wrong with the vehicle. While waiting for the car to be ready, A Manager Chevrolet on Kemper Road, Cincinnati, Oh., and was told several things were wrong with the vehicle. While waiting for the car to be ready, A Manager approached me and asked if I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle. I was thinking at the time that I couldn't afford a new vehicle and it would be best if I just fixed the one I had. However after meeting with the Manager of Vehicle Exchange and the Finance Dept., I discovered I could actually afford a newer vehicle (2013 Cruze fully loaded). My experience at Jake Sweeny and dealing with Don Smith, Manager of the Vehicle Exchange Dept was very pleasant and the sales people along with the Service Unit was very friendly. I give Don Smith and the Jake Sweeny family a 10. And yes, I would refer family and friends to them. More
