My experience was with Jake Sweeney Vehicle Exchange Dept. I really needed a new vehicle; my loan was almost up on my car but I needed something more reliable. My credit is far from "average" but Jay kept reminding me that he would do everything he could to make s my car but I needed something more reliable. Plus, I traded in my car and they made sure the loan was covered so it would be completely paid off! I have been cleaning up my credit and using two credit cards to rebuild my history, but it takes time; they saved me from having a charge off on my history! They can't change the way the banking world works or the rates they set, but if you can use this program in the right way you will rebuild credit, refinance at a much lower rate and hopefully in the future go back and buy another vehicle! You're greeted with a bottled water and coffee is also available- free wi-fi and TV to watch really helps keep you busy while they are running around getting everything together for you! Everyone took the time to explain rate, payments and so much more so I knew exactly what I was getting into. I did not feel pressured to buy, I only felt like they really wanted to help me! My husband and I went in for a vehicle exchange. We had a car that we loved but it just wasn't practical for us any longer. We went in looking for something that would be good for adding to our family and be car that we loved but it just wasn't practical for us any longer. They were so nice and offered us whatever we needed, talked to us, joked around with us and pretty much put us at ease. They got us a deal on a brand new car paying less than we were for the used car we bought previously. All in all I feel this is the place we will keep coming back to when it's time to upgrade or outright buy a new car. Couldn't ask for better people. More
