I inquired about a 2010 Chevy Camaro that was listed for $17,900 fir I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have experienced at Jake Sweeny. I inquired about a 2010 Chevy Camaro that was listed for $17,900 first. Within a day of the ad, the price jumped to $18,888. After finding a newer (2011) with less mileage (29,000) car that's the EXACT same, I told Shana. She said they maybe able to price match. I tried calling her to talk more about the price match and left her a voicemail asking for more information. She never returned my call. I texted her saying I maybe able to stop by and test drive the car, she immediately texts me back and says she will be there the next day. I go to test drive the car, asking numerous times about the price match, no one is giving me a straight answer, just that they would speak with a manager. We leave the dealership without even figuring out the price of the car. Shana says she will text/call/email me later on that night after talking to her manager. I never hear anything from her so I text her myself. She said nothing is worked out so she will let me know in the morning. I texted her around 1:00 pm asking again about the price match. She texts me back saying they won't price match the other NEWER car with LESS mileage. My time and money was WASTED on this misleading information. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this service. Shana was always polite and nice but the lack of information and untimely manner is completely frustrating. I will not come back to Jake Sweeny ever. The price match guarantee is bogus and just a way to get people into the dealership. This dealer just missed out on a $20,000 deal. More

We found a car on true car.com that we were interested in. I submitted my name & number & the next day Steve called me. I have dealt with many dealers in my life but none were more friendly, honest, willi in. I submitted my name & number & the next day Steve called me. I have dealt with many dealers in my life but none were more friendly, honest, willing to work with my bad credit than I experienced with Steve. He was very knowledgeable & was able to answer any questions we had. The selection at Jake Sweeney was as impressive as Steve. We went there for a used car but ended up getting a new one & I am in love with it. We had Steve running around cleaning off a few cars for us because of the snow that fell the night before & he took it all in stride and was very courteous & kind to our requests. All dealerships could learn from Jake Sweeney & Steve Maley a thing or to about friendliness & treating people with respect. I've been in need of a car for about two or three years. I heard about Jake Sweeney through the internet around the time I began searching. I did their online app and I was contacted by Jared. From the start he was very nice, professional, and seemed ready to help. Back then(2011 or 2012) I did not follow through with purchasing from them because I had so many obstacles like poor credit, I was very young, and I had no cosigner so I ASSUMED that they couldn't help me. Last year a friend told me about her experience with them so this year I thought I'd go ahead and give them a try again. Well let's just say best decision I could've made. I did their online app and coincidentally, I was contacted by Jared again. What really had me sold from the beginning is that he remembered speaking to me nearly two or more years ago. He was very determined to get me into a new car. What I loved so much about dealing with him is that he was not too pushy and he found just what I needed. I could go on and on about my experience with him because it was just that great. More
I went in to test drive a Equinox. Not to purchase. Jon Malapit came straight up to me when I walked into the Chevrolet showroom. He was very polite and just seemed genuine. Coming from a long time marketing background with relatives in the car sales business, I know the importance of first impressions. He was willing to go above and beyond what a normal sales person would do. I went in with so-so credit and not much to work with. He made every effort possible to put me in the vehicle I wanted. I am very satisfied with Jon and his character. He was honest about the vehicles and offering suggestions so I could make the right choice. In the end, I walked out with a new 2013 Chevy Equinox that I absolutely love. Jon deserves a lot of credit, that often goes unseen by managers and owners. Jake Sweeney, "You have an excellent guy on staff". My recommendation is to let this professional do his job like he helped me. 5 out of 5 stars to Jon Malapit!! And NO! I'm not a relative or friend to Jon. Just superior service people. Ask for him when you go in. You will not be disappointed. More

I first spoke with Darrin through the online sales chat regarding my desire to purchse a new vehicle. I then submitted my credit app and faxed all necessary documents to Darrin. I showed up at the dealership and he was with a customer and didn't want me to have to wait so he turned me over to Tyreese Lewis who had just started and it was actually his first day out of training. He was very encouraging. He put forth a diligent effort to provide me with outstanding customer service. I experienced this with all of the employees I encountered. I obtained a loan with a respectable down payment and affordable monthly payment thanks to all the hard work J.C. Baker put in. I am still amazed at how well I was treated and the level service I received. I have bought many cars and for the first time I didn't feel like I was being pressured or overcharged. Tyreese and J.C. both stayed after they closed to help close the deal and ensure everything went smooth. I will recommend any and everyone I know in need of a vehicle from this point forward to Jake Sweeney especially Tyreese. Thanks so much Darrin/Tyreese for your superb salesmanship.
