I communicated with Jared Hale by email about my interests. I made an appointment with Jared and drove down to the dealership. We went over my options and I decided to lease a 2014 Cruze. Jared did an outstanding job in getting me a great deal on the car. I really wasn't planning on a new car, but Jared worked with me and made it possible. I received a great price and a payment I felt comfortable with. I am very satisfied with my new car. I can't speak for any of the other salesmen, but Jared Hale does a great job. I parked, got out of my car, and started to walk toward the building when a salesman (I didn't get his name) asked me if he could help me. I said yes, that I was interested in a Nissan Altima. His next words where "How much are you ready to spend?" I told him that I didn't really know right at the moment. At that point he became totally dismissive and said that if they had any, they would be up front somewhere, and then he walked away. Well, I did buy a Nissan Altima, but not from Jake Sweeny. If I go to a car lot with the intention of buying a car, I at least wanted to be treated with a little more respect than just a dollar sign. The least that the salesman could have done was to point me in the right direction, said "My name is _____. If you see something that you like, come back and get me and we'll take a look at it." But no, he thought that he saw a "No Sale" so he dismissed me, and Jake Sweeny lost a sale. More

Everyone that I had contact with there was really nice friendly and went above and beyond there call of duty to make sure that I was taken care of.
