I bought a 2018 Silverado from them brand new with an extended warranty for 150000 miles or 5 years my Transmission went out at 73000 and they refuse to honor my warranty and expect me to pay them over 7 extended warranty for 150000 miles or 5 years my Transmission went out at 73000 and they refuse to honor my warranty and expect me to pay them over 700 hundred dollars in towing and this is all after them having my truck and paying out of pocket for a rental for over a month I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a candy bar from Jake Sweeney More
Don't buy from Jake Sweeney. We were charged 2,000.00 over msrp. Chevrolet.com says msrp on 2022 spark ls basic is 13 995.00 a d we were charged 15,995.00 . For what we paid should have gotten spark 1lt with power windows power locks and audio controls on steering wheel and remote keyless entry. Ours has Manuel locks, Manuel windows, no steering wheel controls. And no remote keyless entry. And our car was in the shop 2 times I. 6 days for an issue with alignment that should have been fixed first time. They charge too much and their service people are mo good at their jobs More
So I bought a car less than two months ago. My car started making noises the other day and it got worse on my way home from work. And at one point it sounded like my axle was going to break and my wheels were going to come off and I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it home. I was very anxious because I felt like the car was gonna fall apart I was scared to cross the intersection because I’ve been in two pretty big car accidents that’s left permanent damage to me. I call Jake Sweeney Chevrolet to let them know that there is something seriously wrong with my car, I just bought it and I would like them to look at it ….but I feel like they need to cover whatever is going on. I talked to them at least twice and then I was going have my car towed there to have it looked at. My appointment is Monday but they said if I can get it there before the weekend that would be great. So I went to have my car towed yesterday and a wonderful guy named Justin from Elite was going to tow my car through AAA . Not only did he notice right away that my tire was leaning inward from where the axles out of place, but then he noticed that all of my Lug nuts except for one were missing off that tire. And one of the hub posts that hold the Lug nuts had been broken off and is missing as well. So with my car literally the wheel was going to fall off and was pulling my axle out of place making my car wobble and make noises etc. This obviously was a big surprise and I was not happy about it because now I realize this was the problem. In order to tow my car safely he was going to borrow a lug nut from each tire to put it on the tire that was the issue so it was secure. Upon doing that he noticed I had another lug nut missing from a tire and all of my Lugnuts were loose on all of my tires. Not only has this possibly done damage to my car but it’s a safety hazard and ridiculous.   To make things worse Jake Sweeney is not returning my calls once I let them know about this issue. and I won’t even go into the fact that they’re very unprofessional and did not have quality customer service during the whole sales process. It also took my days of me texting the sales guy to find my second key. I’ve looked at the reviews and they’re not so great either. But I went there specifically for this car and the car is fine …..if it wouldn’t have been for this issue. And now I am just fuming!!!! (I have not dropped off my car yet. ) More
Stay away from this bait and switch dealership. I had told the dealership where I wanted to be on a new car they had in stock, and I was down to two different dealers I was able to fit into to my b I had told the dealership where I wanted to be on a new car they had in stock, and I was down to two different dealers I was able to fit into to my busy schedule to buy a car. I had wanted to take care of everything before coming in so that I could just come in and take delivery. When I mentioned the price I wanted to be at, Pierre told "we can make something work". So I come in with my pristine trade (after they saw everything from my photos) to come in $7,000 over. That is not "we can make something work" Not only did I waste my time here, but I missed out on the car I wanted at the other dealer. I am sure they will make more money on someone else, but they have lost a customer and certainly references given people come to me for car advice. Lesson learned. Stay away. More
Do not purchase, trade, or have your vehicle serviced at this dealership. They are really all about how much money they can make, could care less about customer service, and no care for the brand that they this dealership. Went to this dealership to place an order for a replacement vehicle. Please keep in mind I have previously bought a truck from them (not the one being replaced) and have had my car serviced there for years. I am also part of the GM Family First. Before placing our order we gave the dealership our case number, adviser's name, and number. They spoke to our advisor, knew that we were placing this order to replace the GM vehicle that we currently own. Days after we spoke with the dealership, we go in and place the order. We placed the five hundred dollar deposit down on this truck and received an order number. THREE WEEKS later this dealership cancelled our order without telling us. We found out when we checked our status on Chevrolet's website. When I spoke with the dealership to find out what happened, I was told that they cancelled the order because they were not going to make any money off of this truck. That was their only excuse as to why they cancelled this order - no other reason than because they were not going to make any money off of this truck. Please do not support this business in any way. More
