You could tell he had a lot of clients that day, but I truly feel like we received his undivided attention (his other customers seemed happy as well) and that he really cared about us being comfortable and having a nice experience. Long but Comfortable I got here at Jake Sweeney early this morning and I am now leaving here at 5pm. And even though this was a long process my Sales Associate made he Did I got here at Jake Sweeney early this morning and I am now leaving here at 5pm. And even though this was a long process my Sales Associate made he Did everything in his power to make sure I left the lot with a car. HE made my time here very comfortable and he was very caring and made sure I was satisfaction with my purchase. You can't find car salesmen that actually cares what the customer want and need, Bob Rickard does. And I thank him for that. More

PREFECT I worked with Darrin in the past and he was great. Very poor customer service. Shady business practices. Salesman told me it was mandatory to purchase a service contract (Approx $1,800) on my 2009 used car. They even worked in a 30 day paint protection Salesman told me it was mandatory to purchase a service contract (Approx $1,800) on my 2009 used car. They even worked in a 30 day paint protection warranty for $200. Originally had a 2.99 interest rate, but a week later when I came in to cancel the service contract, that I never wanted to begin with, I was told that there was a mistake on my loan and I needed to resign for 3.99. I was there from 9am to 4pm and didn't even get offered a water. VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!!! More

Car heater went out less than 30 days after I bought it and I was told I had to pay a diagnostic fee of 100$ to even had it looked at. My temp tags expired before I was able to get my tags. Now, my car is requiring an oil change. Our salesman was great and the staff was nice but they don't work very hard after the sale. More
