Walking me through what they needed and was also honest with me that I might not get what I wanted if the numbers were not there. He was also very personable and I was able to relate to him on some levels. This made me very comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the length of the entire process but of course you are making a major purchase with the need of a loan. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and also congratulated me once I signed on the dotted line! I ended up getting what I wanted and I couldn't be happier!
