Armed with must haves, a tight budget, and prayer; Mr. Aden assisted me in finding just the right vehicle for my mom. Driving from lot to lot, Mr. Aden did not stop until we had the right vehicle. The financing and paperwork process went smoothly and Mr. Aden even overnighted (and provided an overnight return envelop) to my mom for signatures. Already impressed by his top notch customer service, Mr. Aden blew my mind the day I came to pick up the vehicle. He said a prayer over me and the vehicle before I drove off the lot to deliver the SUV to my mom. WOW!!! That's when I knew this had been more than a sale to him. Not only was he concerned with the satisfaction of the sale but the well being of the customer. In my world, that speaks volumes.
