Expectations were not met. Good quality vehicle though. Salesmen we’re not accommodating and did not have the best communication when it came to making the deal and tacked on a Good quality vehicle though. We purchased from out-of-state. Made arrangements to fly out to drive the vehicle home. Upon arrival, the vehicle still needed things done before we could drive it home. Not to mention they had a whole week after we made the deal to get those things done. More
I am having the absolutely horrible experience with their service team. Mike was absolutely ignorant over the phone with me. I originally requested a tune-up and a diagnostic test to see what was wrong with service team. Mike was absolutely ignorant over the phone with me. They authorized repairs themselves without speaking to me, stating that they called my father because he dropped it off for me. On serveal different occasions I called and gave my contact information. Not once was I called, they took an old number from a previous service from 3 years ago and listed as my current number. Mike is supposed to be an advisor but has no communication skills. He called me everything but my name. And when I got upset he hung up on me. The supervisor Mr. Caldwell didn't take nothing I said seriously. This is a nightmare, I cant trust them while away working to provide any type of decent customer service. How is it legal to work on someone's car when it wasn't approved by the registered owner. They didn't even do the service I requested. Do not endorse them. All I'm getting is excuses why they did what they did instead of an apology. More
Don't buy a used car from Jake Sweeney on Kemper Rd. They sold me car with no heat or AC and seen it didn't work before I drove e off of the lot. Buyer beware! !!! We purchased a used car for my daughter. Unfortunately, we are out of state so we needed it to be delivered. For a "small" fee of $800 they wou !!! We purchased a used car for my daughter. Unfortunately, we are out of state so we needed it to be delivered. For a "small" fee of $800 they would deliver it, but of course it ended up being almost $850 since instead of a separate line item it was added to the cost of the car, which you guessed it gets taxes taken out. When we were looking at the vehicle, I made it abundantly clear that we did not want a smoked in vehicle since I am highly allergic to the smell of cigarette smoke. We were assured that it did not have a smell and a video of the vehicle was taken. The delivery driver drove the vehicle from Cincinnati all the way to Virginia by the car itself. Adding miles instead of actually putting it on a flatbed truck like every other delivery service I've ever dealt with before. I never got in my daughter's vehicle until about 5/6.days later when I smelt the cigarette smoke. She stated that she smelt something, but didn't know what it was. I even saw all the cigarette ashes on the center console where we assume someone put their hand while holding the cigarette. Contacted them and the text was a too bad so sad message because the delivery driver just doesn't smoke, and well since it's been soooo long since they delivered the vehicle then it was another story. The veiled accusation that it was us was totally uncalled for since I told her that we couldn't have a smoked in car at least 10 times. Oh and then she added the stop messages button just in case I wanted to pound sand. This was never in any of the messages from earlier, and it took weeks to get this deal completed. So stay away unless you absolutely need to get a vehicle desperately and don't mind the unprofessionalism. More
I had a scheduled appointment for a RECALL on Monday, service called and said they couldn't even look at it until Wednesday? I asked for a loaner or rental and was told we don't do that. Called about a ‘23 Colorado they had in coming. Truck was still available. Great! I want to put a deposit. “Oh, well just so you know there’s a $2500 ADM on it because they’re hard to find” also Truck was still available. Great! I want to put a deposit. “Oh, well just so you know there’s a $2500 ADM on it because they’re hard to find” also that they were “adding a tonneau cover”. I didn’t ask how much they were going to charge for something I didn’t even want. But I can assume it was going to be some outrageous price so they could make more money. As if the prices of vehicles and interest rates haven’t sky rocketed enough you still have dealers charging over MSRP and doing shady things. Really putting the customer first. I’ll never not leave reviews for dealers like this. Guess it’s too much to ask for a dealer to be fair & honest now days. More
I was contacted by Ishmael Allen from the dealership in response to my inquiry. He answered all of my questions regarding the vehicle. He met me at the dealership when I arrived in Cincinnati for the tes response to my inquiry. He answered all of my questions regarding the vehicle. He met me at the dealership when I arrived in Cincinnati for the test drive and assisted with the paperwork to close the sale. He and all of the staff at the dealership were extremely friendly and professional. It was a great experience! More
