I left the car at the service department at 7:30 AM and requested to pick up by Noon and they were able to accommodate this for me. Terrible customer service Worst experience ever in a dealership. If I didn’t really like the truck I would have left more than once. When I got there I seen the truck on the in Worst experience ever in a dealership. If I didn’t really like the truck I would have left more than once. When I got there I seen the truck on the internet with a price of 24800 and I told the salesman that when he came back with the price it was 25300. When I told him about it he went back and had the extra 500 removed but I told him what the price was when I came in. What about the people that don’t pay attention to that. When I finally got everything negotiated I was to come back the next day since it had to be tacken off the showroom. Imagine my surprise when I showed up to pick up the truck the next afternoon and it was still on the showroom. When I asked about it being looked at I was told it didn’t have to be it was done before putting it on the showroom. I was not shown how anything worked until I asked how the windshield wipers worked. The license plate bracket hasn’t been put on and the next day the tire pressure gauge went off saying that the left rear tire was at 26 pounds after checking the other tires were all low the highest was 28pounds. I could go on about all the things but I’d be all night. More

Dante was very busy trying to get everything ready for us to sign and be on our way for the 5 hour trip home. "Note" to quality control of certified inspections. First time I used wipers, part of blade on drivers side had peeling rubber. Also the power steering pump has a noisy "tic" (likely a bad vane). Did not show up in short test drive. Will take to local dealer for change. Since vehicle came from a Northern area, I will attend to minor chassis rust spots soon as weather warms. More
