Dealership Would Not Do GMC Recall Work There was a recall on our vehicle that we purchased a month before at another dealership because this dealership did not have the accessories that we There was a recall on our vehicle that we purchased a month before at another dealership because this dealership did not have the accessories that we wanted on our 2016 GMC Sierra Truck, we were notified that there was a recall on the vehicle, they stated that the vehicle should not be driven at all...when we notified Bill DeLord to have the recall work done, we were told by a Lizzie that they only did recall work on the vehicles that the sold. They are a GMC dealer and should provide GMC service. Joseph GMC drove 40 miles to get our vehicle that was 3 miles from Bill Delords Autocenter. More
Oil Change, Rotate Tires, Adjust sideview mirrors, Jeff Wright, Service Advisor, always takes the time to thoroughly listen to our concerns even on routine maintenance items. We had some concerns about the side view mirrors and drivers seat not returning to their present positions. He took the time to walk me through the setup procedures again to make sure that I understood the procedure. He also had the mechanic download the most current software update. He also provided a loaner vehicle so that we could complete our errands preparing for the Thanksgiving holiday. He is always courteous, attentive, and professional More

Cadillac Service 2011 SRX I don't believe I have ever had worse service at a dealership ever. There was a recall on my vehicle stemming from a sunroof drain hose leak. We the I don't believe I have ever had worse service at a dealership ever. There was a recall on my vehicle stemming from a sunroof drain hose leak. We the hose finally failed and I had standing water on the interior of my vehicle which shorted out electrical components. The service department confirmed that the sunroof drain was malfunctioning and were willing to replace the drain, but they did not want to replace any of the electrical components that were damaged due to the water. The service department would not even work with me on the repairs. First off I will not be buying another Cadillac as this vehicle has had more recalls than any other vehicle that I have owned and Cadillac does not take care of their customers. Also I would never return to Bill Delord for any vehicle service or to purchase a new vehicle. Very poor service all around. More

I've worked with Jeffrey in Service for most of that time and I really appreciate the honesty and straight forward attitude that Jeffery seems to come by so easily. This is not your "cut rate" kind of place. The service is first class and the work is backed by a superior product and an obvious desire to get it right the first time. More
