Exceptional Customer Service When we left the house that morning, we knew we were coming home with a new Buick. The only question, was where would we purchase it. We decided that we would visit Bill DeLord Buick GMC Cadillac and look at their inventory. We arrived just as they were opening the doors and from the young lady who greeted us until the last person we saw, it was a pleasant experience. The enthusiasm of Tim Long was contagious as he took us on a test drive, explained the features and closed the sale. Tim did all of this without any high pressure sales.
