This past November, I decided to look at new cars. My last new car purchase was 15 years ago and thought it might be time. I had planned only to test drive the 2014 Buick Regal. Upon walking into the s last new car purchase was 15 years ago and thought it might be time. I had planned only to test drive the 2014 Buick Regal. Upon walking into the showroom in mid-morning, I was greeted by Douglas Wade. Douglas seemed genuinely interested in how he could help me make the "right" decision. Although I thought I knew the exact car I wanted, after test driving it, I thought I'd go out on a limb and ask if I could also test drive the LaCrosse. Douglas cheerfully obliged and spent the necessary time with me to make sure I was comfortable in my decision. Although I had already decided ahead of time to come back on the weekend after thinking through this major purchase decision, Douglas asked that I at least talk with their Finance Manager to explore all options and to make sure I had all my questions answered. The rest is history. I left later that day with my new 2014 Buick Regal. I have brought my "second car" in for servicing (first time for giving the service department a try) and appreciated their attention, service and personal recommendations to fix my problem. I ran into Douglas at this time and he was just as friendly and accommodating as he was a couple of months earlier although he knew I was not in the market for another new car. I told him I loved my new Regal but he had to do something about this weather as I refuse to drive it in the nasty weather and when road conditions are as bad as they have been. On a final note, during this visit to the Service Department, I had several conversations with other Sales Consultants. Each was just as friendly to me, even after learning I was just in the showroom to "browse" while my car was being serviced.....almost as nice as Douglas. I already have and will continue to recommend Bill DeLord Autocenter to others. I will also be buying my next car from them....hopefully sooner than another fifteen years. More
