Even though I originally had my heart set on another vehicle he directed and showed me a car that was great on value, condition, and safety. (***I have to mention he also showed me a competitor dealership where I could look at getting the car I originally was interested in, which proves that he was more concerned with my needs and not motivated by the sale.) I was not pressured or coerced in any way, but educated and treated like I was family and that they wanted me to be completely satisfied before I was ready to purchase. Both times I have found Tom to be friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He steered me in the right direction to a used car that was in my price range, but looked and felt brand new. I admit I went to a Kings Automall dealership first, and it was the worst experience I have ever had - all the cars were dirty inside, and the salesman was a complete "xxxxxxx" - the ones that give car salesmen a bad name. After that experience, I decided to go back to Tom, as my previous experience was so good. I am so glad I did, and will never waste my time going to another dealership.
