I had to trade in two cars - both with a lot of miles 3. my credit is horrible Despite the numerous challenges, Dan, Craig, Sean and the rest of their team bent over backwards to accomodate us and really made it way too easy for us. Worked primarily with Dan and he was incredibly responsive and helpful and an overall joy to work with - as weas the rest of the rteam. In fact, they made it virtually impossible for me to want to shop anywhere else - even though we were aggressively weighing other alternatives. All in all, an exceptional experience with this team.
