I must say that I typically have not had a good experience with car dealers - however this was one of the best expereinces I have ever had buying anything. John did everything possible to find the experience with car dealers - however this was one of the best expereinces I have ever had buying anything. John did everything possible to find the LR2 we wanted with the features and the price point we wanted. He truly created a relationship with both me and my wife. My wife often feels that other dealers treat her like she knows nothing becasue she is a woman. John did the exact opposite. In fact we often joked that he was selling to her and not me. I would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a car to take the drive out to RI. We live in MA and made the trip out there and never regretted it. John is a great person to do business with and I look forward to buying my next car from him. More

This is the second Range Rover I purchased from the dealership and I must say the experience was even better than the first time. John Vallante (assisted by Scott Kiefer) kept me informed of the invent dealership and I must say the experience was even better than the first time. John Vallante (assisted by Scott Kiefer) kept me informed of the inventory and trade in value of my car and with help from Craig in finance they convinced me to trade my 2009 for a 2011. I purchased the car on February 28, 2011 and find it a greatly improved. Anyone looking for a Land Rover should experience Jake Kaplan's as it's worth the drive from anywhere in New England. John has always been very attentive to my needs and kept in constant contact with me even on his days off. I am extremely satisfied with my 2011 Range Rover, How could I not? I've used this dealership for many years for service and recently purchased a new RRS from them as well. The experience is outstanding overall, and my only complaint is that the service rates for non-warran recently purchased a new RRS from them as well. The experience is outstanding overall, and my only complaint is that the service rates for non-warranty vehicles are prohibitive, but that's to be expected at a LR dealer. Ask for Lori in service and John in sales, they're the best! More
I have to say this is the first car/suv that have bought and have spent less than an hour with the sales person.
