I must say that I typically have not had a good experience with car dealers - however this was one of the best expereinces I have ever had buying anything. John did everything possible to find the LR2 we wanted with the features and the price point we wanted. He truly created a relationship with both me and my wife. My wife often feels that other dealers treat her like she knows nothing becasue she is a woman. John did the exact opposite. In fact we often joked that he was selling to her and not me. I would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a car to take the drive out to RI. We live in MA and made the trip out there and never regretted it. I've used this dealership for many years for service and recently purchased a new RRS from them as well. The experience is outstanding overall, and my only complaint is that the service rates for non-warran recently purchased a new RRS from them as well.
