I went to Jake Kaplans to look at a Land Rover after only hearig good things about the vehicle(owned two prior) and the dealership. My wife and I went to Land Rover of Warwick to look at a new Rover before heading to the other nearby dealers. I felt all along we'd be back at Land Rover, but we did our due diligence just the same. The attention and detail we got from John Vallante was well beyond what we experienced at the other dealerships. They were all too "Salesy". We bought our LR3 from John 5 years ago went straight to him when we decided it was time for a new car. John is very straight forward, there was no heavy sales push, no get it done by the end of the month, no gimmicks. We negotiated with John via e-mail and quickly put together a great deal. He also didn't laugh when I told him I was trading in my 11 year old minivan, not the LR3! On Halloween we picked up our shiny black Range Rover Sport, 5 years to the day when we picked up the LR3. We will certainly go back to Land Rover of Warwick for our next Land Rover! More

Besides actually being present and taking part in keeping it, and making it a surprise, he took the time to show me all the ins-and-outs, features and other details about the car. Incredible amount of kindess to be present and leave Warwick to come down with the car. Since I was younger and when I first started driving, going to the dealership with my family I always would see John who has dealt with my family before, and he always has taken time to talk to me personally and makes the service and process a pleasure.
