I went to Jake Kaplans to look at a Land Rover after only hearig good things about the vehicle(owned two prior) and the dealership. We bought our LR3 from John 5 years ago went straight to him when we decided it was time for a new car. John is very straight forward, there was no heavy sales push, no get it done by the end of the month, no gimmicks. We negotiated with John via e-mail and quickly put together a great deal. He also didn't laugh when I told him I was trading in my 11 year old minivan, not the LR3! On Halloween we picked up our shiny black Range Rover Sport, 5 years to the day when we picked up the LR3. Besides actually being present and taking part in keeping it, and making it a surprise, he took the time to show me all the ins-and-outs, features and other details about the car. Incredible amount of kindess to be present and leave Warwick to come down with the car. Since I was younger and when I first started driving, going to the dealership with my family I always would see John who has dealt with my family before, and he always has taken time to talk to me personally and makes the service and process a pleasure.
