This is my 3rd purchase with Jake Kaplan's and I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else. Car buying is one of my least favorite things to do but Sean and John made it easy and painless. John was very informative when I picked up my new LR4 and went as far as taking a video and sending it to me the next day when I couldn't figure out how to get the back seats down! Craig,in the finance office, makes the paperwork end of things smooth and seamless. His friendliness makes you want to hang out and chat for awhile. Last but by no means least, Lori, in the service department, has been wonderful to deal with. She goes above and beyond from an oil change to more serious issues.
