Painless and had alot of fun. Michael Collins the General Manager personally took care of me on my deal for a new 2016 car. I wasn't forced into anything. 7 or 8 years ago I visited this dealership to buy a new vehicle. I had a Discovery and was looking at the Land Rovers and Range Rovers. The sales people (all men) could not be bothered to help me. I had vehicle. I had a Discovery and was looking at the Land Rovers and Range Rovers. The sales people (all men) could not be bothered to help me. I had to go over to the office and disturb the conversation of no less than 4 men to ask if anyone wanted to sell me a Land Rover. Someone's response was, "They kind of sell themselves" and approached the sale like it was a privilege to own a Land Rover. I figured I wouldn't get a decent deal and I did not want to work with a sales crew who had snotty attitudes. Just because I could afford a Land Rover doesn't mean that I want to pay full price for one. I left there and ended up buying a Jeep Commander (saving myself about $15,000). I absolutely loved my Commander and would buy another one if they did not discontinue the model. My husband and I decided to give Jake Kaplan's another chance and called to set up a meeting with a salesperson. Fortunately, we got John Vallante who provided an experience that was completely opposite of what I had experienced 7 years ago. He was helpful and personable and did not have that "fake-cheezy salesperson" attitude that we all want to run away from. He treated us with respect, seemed genuinely interested in us and made us feel like he was giving us the best deal. A good salesperson has to believe in a vehicle that he/she sells and he came across like he loved his job and loved selling the Land Rovers. The follow up calls and emails to see how we were doing and how we were loving our purchase showed that he truly cares about our experience as Rover owners. I was already sold on the Land Rovers but John sealed the deal by providing exceptional customer service and a genuine approach to the sale. I would specifically ask for John if we were to ever purchase another vehicle at this dealership. More

I have been a repeat customer at Land Rover of Warwick for years now and recently just leased another Range Rover Sport using Elaine Kaplan. I reached out to Elaine via email to inquire about getting into for years now and recently just leased another Range Rover Sport using Elaine Kaplan. I reached out to Elaine via email to inquire about getting into a new Sport and she responded immediately and continued to do so as we corresponded back and forth. She listened to me, understood what I was looking for and was able to get me into the vehicle I wanted quickly and easily. I am so happy I worked with her. Both Elaine and Sean's courteous treatment made me feel like I was a first time customer all over again and they made this sales experience the best one I've had yet! I entered into this dealership with the intent on purchasing the brand new Range Rover. I was speaking with the sales person who was fine, and then greeted by the manager Sean Herbert (not with a he purchasing the brand new Range Rover. I was speaking with the sales person who was fine, and then greeted by the manager Sean Herbert (not with a hello thank you for your patronage) instead it was "Sir how do you plan on paying for this vehicle?" And I was baffled and said I would be paying with a bank check. He then replied "Where are you getting this much money?" I was now irate and replied, from working maybe you should try it. He then stated I would need to bring in my bank statements to prove it to him. He is a condescending arrogant individual that should not be working with people. I immediately left before any more discrimination took place or before I lost my temper. I proceeded to In skip across the street and purchased a brand new BMW X5. The X5 is a much better value anyways. My emotions are still boiling about this individuals actions, I guess I was suppose to wear a suit into this dealership in order for me to pay them $90,000. Either way do NOT utilize this dealership for any of your business. They are horrible. More
This is our second time purchasing a LR4 with John. He is simply fabulous! He is genuinely kind, honest, and efficient with processing the deal/loan and finances!
